Asia Argento Claims Her Accuser Was The One Who Sexually Assaulted Her

Asia Argento is back to make your skin crawl.

You’ll remember that Asia was one of the big, vocal people in the #MeToo movement and spoke a lot about how disgusting Harvey Weinstein was for assaulting all those women. And then it came to light that Asia was accused of sexually assaulting actor Jimmy Bennett when he was only 17. She paid him off and then said that dearly departed chef, and her ex-boyfriend, Anthony Bourdain, was the one who arranged the pay off because… I guess that makes her look better? In her mind? Not really sure her motivation with that one.

Asia denied ever having sex with Jimmy, but then a picture of her lying in bed with him and alleged texts where she admits being with him were leaked. Now we have the next chapter: and it is just as dark as the first few.

TMZ spoke with Asia’s lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, and he drove this story down a dark alley and shut off the engine, suggesting that Asia is actually a saint because she decided not to pursue charges against Jimmy. Yes. Asia’s defence in fucking a 17-year-old boy at the age of 37, is that he is the one who fucked her. Classy.

And what is their evidence of this? Oh, the same text messages which seemed to expose Asia as a liar, but they’re pitching them in a different way. There’s one message which reads: “The horny kid jumped me … I had sex with him it felt weird,” and that is their major piece of evidence. She also texted that she was “frozen” when Jimmy was on top of her, so they claim that’s more evidence supporting her claim.  Mark Jay says that “Asia chose at the time not to prosecute Bennett for sexually attacking her.”

Mark Jay also has an explanation for that whole “I have never had any sexual relationship with Bennett” lie that Asia told. According to them it’s not a lie because “it was a one-time only encounter and not a relationship.”

But Asia’s lawyer wasn’t done with the character assassination of Jimmy Bennett, no ma’am. He says that the young boy was after money, specifically when he found out Asia was with Anthony Bourdain. According to them Jimmy:

“Chose to intrude on that relationship and demand financial payment from Bourdain in consideration for not embarrassing Asia and indirectly Bourdain…”

That payment from Bourdain of $380, 000 was to protect Asia even though she is innocent and did absolutely nothing wrong. And according to them, Jimmy was paid $250,000 and she has no intention of paying him the rest.

This repulsive package is finished and wrapped in an equally disgusting bow when Mark Jay concludes by throwing a few more sharp knives Jimmy’s way, saying that:

“Asia does not intend to prosecute Bennett for his conduct and recognizes that his unfortunate past, his stalled acting career, and a lawsuit against his own parents for allegedly misappropriating more than a million and a half dollars from his account might explain his desperation to seek money from Asia and Bourdain for this falsely alleged incident that took place more than 5 years ago.”

Keep in mind that Asia has in the past said that shaming alleged sexual assault victims is a bad thing to do, but I guess that was before she learned how useful it can be as a legal tactic.

Also, Asia got back on Twitter today go after Rain Dove, the model who is currently dating Rose McGowan and was on the receiving end of those texts from Asia. Rain Dove supposedly gave those texts to the police. Asia called Rain Dove a liar.

This is a hot disaster and I don’t really want to know more about it. I can imagine the kind of open letter that Asia’s ex-friend Rose McGowan is going to write. She’s really going to turn on Asia and turn it up. Honey is going to summon all of her Charmed magic and cast Asia into another universe. Bibbity-bobbity bye, bitch.
