The Royal Family Isn’t Sure How To Handle Thomas Markle

While Thomas Markle has been blabbing to anyone and everyone about his daughter Duchess Meghan and the royals, the royal family has remained pretty quiet officially and let tabloid “sources” do the responding for them. Well, apparently the royals aren’t sure what to do and are considering upping the ante. I’m sure their next response will come in the form of a strongly worded needlepoint pillow message from THE QUEEN.

Entertainment Tonight says Meghan may have had her 37th birthday over the weekend, but even that couldn’t bring her and her dad to talk to each other. A snitch went on to say it’s been ten weeks and counting since they’ve said anything to each other:

“She has not spoken to her father in more than 10 weeks since her wedding and is still hurt by her father, who has both staged the photos and continues to give paid interviews. The Palace is at a loss of what to do and is re-evaluating options, including a more aggressive strategy to stem the embarrassment caused by Meghan’s dad, half-sister and half-brother.”

While even pushing the corners of her mouth down into a proper frown would constitute as a “more aggressive strategy” by THE QUEEN, this sounds like business! Perhaps Thomas should expect an army of Corgis to chopper in any day now and yap  him into submission to saying nothing but nice things about his duchess daughter while still making the other do Celebrity Big Brother(what?! I still wanna see what she has to say). Maybe she’d even send in 007 to “make a gentlemanly point.” Considering QE2 is the petty ho who once refused to let her own sister marry the man she loved just because she could (and royal protocol and blah blah blah), I would hope Thomas is changing out his Depends because being in her crosshairs sure would make me need to change mine!
