Donald Trump Slapped Back At Jimmy Fallon For Talking Poorly About Their Interview
It’s another day here on Earth, which means President Donald Trump has been throwing a temper-tantrum on Twitter over some bullshit that would be considered beyond petty even if he wasn’t the President. Donnie places such a high value on loyalty, maybe even more than ill-fitting suits. But if you turn on Donald Trump, you’re officially out of his super-special friendship club (the initiation of which, I assume, involves showing how brave you are by eating lobster cooked in the Mar-a-Lago kitchen). Donald and late-night TV host Jimmy Fallon used to be friendly. Hey, he even let Jimmy finger his disgusting hair pile! Well, that love affair is clearly over.
Trump and Jimmy squared-off a few months before the US Presidential election back in 2016 on an episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. After that episode aired, Jimmy took a lot of heat for “normalizing” Donald Trump. Last week, Jimmy admitted that he hated everyone shitting on him for his interview with Trump, that he wasn’t trying to “normalize” anything, and that he was just trying to put on a show and make people laugh. He concluded by saying that if he was given a do-over, he would have done things differently. That last part must have rustled something in Trump’s crusty ego.
ABC News reports that Trump threw a hissy fit on Sunday night and let Jimmy have it on Twitter. That’s it, Jimmy – looks like you can officially say goodbye to your standing invitation to come to Donnie’s and play fetch with the White House pet Eric Trump!

Jimmy Fallon could have responded by premiering a new Tonight Show game called Pin the Seriously Messed Up Hair on the Whiner. But instead, he showed he’s the bigger man by throwing some cash at Texas nonprofit RAICES (Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services).

I’m shocked Trump didn’t fire back by tweeting, “Ha! Jokes on you, Jimmy Fallon. Make no mistake, they’ll never seriously think that donation had anything to do with me. Everyone knows the only time I quietly give away my money is when I need to pay off a porn star.”
