The Definition Of Random’s Got A New Favorite Couple And It’s Elon Musk And Grimes
Many minds blew into the universe today and they didn’t need to hitch a ride on a SpaceX rocket to do so. Minds were blown into the universe after reading that 30-year-old Canadian cyborg goth musician Grimes (born name: Claire Elise Boucher) is humping on 46-year-old billionaire super nerd Elon Musk (born name: Elon Musk). And MuskGrime went public with their nerd love at tonight’s Met Gala.
Page Six says that Musk and Grimes met in a peak nerd sort of way. Elon wanted to make an AI joke, and being the anal nerd (and not in a sexy way) that he is, he researched the joke and found out that Grimes already made it on Twitter. So he tweeted back at her, and she instantly got the tingles in her cybergoth loins, I guess, because it was “the first time in three years that anyone understood the joke. They were both poking fun at AI.”
As for the joke, Page Six tried to explain it, but as a simpleton whose idea of advanced AI is Rosey from The Jetsons, I no kno wut dey talken uhbout.
Thought experiment Roko’s Basilisk considers the hypothesis of a future where AI lords over the world and could punish those who did not help it into existence. His joke was to merge this thought experiment with a pun using “Rococo,” referring to the ornate French 18th century baroque style, perhaps pointing out that both concepts are complex, too extreme and ridiculous.
And while this takes some explaining, arty performer Grimes was already in on the same joke — three years ahead of Musk.
In 2015, she created a character named “Rococo Basilisk” for a video of her song “Flesh Without Blood.” “I don’t know if you’ve heard of Roko’s Basilisk,” she told Fuse. “[This character] is doomed to be eternally tortured by an artificial intelligence, but she’s also kind of like Marie Antoinette.”
Lord, I bet their idea of hot fuck time music is the sounds of R2D2.
Elon told reporters at the Met Gala tonight that he helped sketch Grimes’ dress, proving that he should never help design a dress again. Elon helping to design Grimes’ look also explains her Tesla logo choker.

Grimes looks like a goth senior at her high school prom and Elon looks like her awkward dad who is chaperoning.

And Elon’s on-and-off-again piece Amber Heard was also at the Met Gala tonight, where she wore the perfect headpiece for anyone who wanted to poke their eyes out after catching a glimpse of Elon and Grimes awkwardly touch tongues during dinner.
