Orlando Bloom Blabbed To The Press About His Feelings For Katy Perry
We all know by now that Orlando Bloom has no qualms letting his peen fly in the wind, but he’s been notoriously quiet about how things are going with is on-and-off Pope friend Katy Perry. Apparently, a visit to the Vatican gives one the feels because Orlando is now out blabbing to the press just how he really feels about Katy.
Orlando was interviewed by The Times in the U.K., and he had a few words to share with the world in light of everyone with eyes figuring that those two are back together:
“She’s a remarkable human being, actually. I wouldn’t have imagined anything happening. And, you know, when you get hit sideways you get hit sideways.You don’t pick who you fall in love with.”
Since Orlando is 41 and Katy is 33, he wasn’t too familiar with her musical endeavors by the time they met. Unfortunately for Katy, he missed the good shit and only knew of her talents during the Witness years. But if he can stick through that, it must be real love!
Orlando blabbed more about their “remarkable connection,” but he also added that their busy professional lives (and Selena Gomez, but you had to read between the lines on that one) make it difficult to keep a relationship going:
“She’s on tour, I’m doing a play, everything evolves. I have a lot of respect for her and a lot of deep feeling. So we will see.”
What we can see is their love tour entails kicking it with Pope Francis at the Vatican. Katy and Orlando – her nun real estate war be damned – were in the Holy See over the weekend because she was speaking at a conference. That must have been some time with the Pope because right after that, a source snitched those two were back together:
“It’s obvious that they both missed each other after their split.Their relationship seems stronger now.Orlando got sick of being single. Dating different women is not so alluring to him anymore.”
That or maybe he just weighed his options. If he kept things up with Selena, he’d inevitably get asked to non-pose pose for an Instagram in front of one of Taylor Swift’s mansions and sneeze a ton around her cats. With Katy, the worst thing is having to fake interest in that American Idol mess of a reboot!
