Gus Kenworthy Posted A Missed Connection For Ricky Martin After The Oscars

This hills are alive with some Livin’ La Vida Thirst! The 90s and Ricky Martin are en fuego as of late thanks to Ricky appearing almost weekly on FX in cute man thongs as Gianni Versace’s partner in American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace. Gus Kenworthy and his boyfriend Matthew Wilkas are clearly fans, as Gus is resorting to some early aughts tricks to hopefully get a four-way canoodle with Ricky and his husband, Jwan Yosef.

Here’s the Missed Connection that Guy posted on Instagram:

My favorite part of this is The Daily Mail describing what Craigslist and Missed Connections are:

“’Missed connections’ is a sub-genre of the personals and features ads which arise after two people meet but are unable to exchange contact details for varying numerous reasons.”

LOL, oh Daily Mail, don’t be bashful! Brits, gather ‘round Grandma Gay, and she’ll explain it better. Missed connections is where you go to post because you forgot to grab the name or number of the dude you plowed anonymously in your Mom’s Subaru behind Target while home on winter break because the shopping center security golf cart was approaching…or so I’ve heard. Long before Grindr, it was how all us kweenz threw up the rainbow bat signal to see who was around for silly romps. Gus may not have medaled in PyeongChang, but he sure as hell knows how to go for gold in retro gay mating calls!
