It’s Only Been A Minute And Omarosa Is Already Spilling Shit About The White House On “Celebrity Big Brother” (UPDATE)

Reality show mess turned White House mess turned reality show mess, Omarosa, is CBS’ biggest get for Celebrity Big Brother, and she’s already earning every cent of whatever they paid her ass by bringing the soap opera drama. Omarosa is delivering the tears, the doom, the drama. If only they gave Daytime Emmys for performances in live feeds.

CBB started airing last night, and not long into the first episode, one of the houseguests, Ross Mathews, heaved on the inside after seeing Omarosa sashay into the house and return to what she does best: be a reality show villain wreck. Ross said that he didn’t want to deal with the toxicity that Omarosa brings. But it seems like Ross and Omarosa are bonding. Well, bonding enough for her to decide to gift him with screen time by talking about the White House with him.

While hanging out with Ross in the yard, they get to talking about the White House and he tells her that he was confused by her joining the Trump administration. Omarosa dribbled out some bullshit about how she did it for the good of the country. Omarosa then talked about Trump and Twitter, and said she was haunted by his tweets. (Side note: Haunted By His Tweets is a great title for Omarosa’s tell-all, AVAILABLE SOON FOR PRE-ORDER ON AMAZON!!!) Omarosa also let us know that we should just move into our bomb shelters already.

Aaron Sorkin wishes he could write dramatic political dialogue like this:

Ross: Can I tell you, as a voter, as a citizen, I never got it. Why you went to the White House with him.

Omarosa: I felt like it was like a call to duty. I felt like I was serving my country, not him.

Ross: That makes sense.

Omarosa: It was always about the country. Like I was haunted by tweets every single day. Like, “What is he going to tweet next?”

Ross: Does anybody say to him, “WHAT are you doing?”

Omarosa: I tried to be that person, and then all of the people around him attacked me. Like, “Keep her away. Don’t give her access. Don’t let her talk to him.” And Ivanka’s there. And Jared’s there. And it’s….

Ross: Who has that power to say, “What’s going on?”

Omarosa: I don’t know. I’m not there. It’s not my circus. It’s not my monkeys. I’d like to say not my problem, but I can’t say that. It’s bad.

Ross: Should we be worried?

[Omarosa shakes her head yes.]

Ross: Ugh, don’t say that. Cause we are worried, but I need you to say no, it’s going to be okay.

Omarosa: No, it’s not going to be okay. It’s not.

The clip is even better. CBS didn’t add that dramatic music. Omarosa smuggled in an iPod and a bluetooth speaker, and she’s blasting that music during her scene with Ross for maximum dramatic effect. A true pro!

This whole thing is such a ridiculous surreal scene. An ex-White House staffer, who is known for reality shows, is talking about the current President of the United States, who is a former reality show trick himself, and the doomed state of the country on a reality show. It’s like Idiocracy on acid. Omarosa should probably be talking to Mueller to help his investigation instead of talking into a mic on Celebrity Big Brother for a check, but hey, duty (to herself and bank account) calls!

And CNN isn’t going to feel the Twitter rage of Trump for the next three weeks, because he’s going to be busy hate-watching his new favorite news program: the Celebrity Big Brother live feeds.

UPDATE: Raj Shah, the White House Deputy Press Secretary, was asked about Omarosa’s comments on CBB, and he tried to spit out a zinger by saying, “Omarosa was fired three times on The Apprentice, and this is the fourth time we let her go.” Okay, but Trump gave her a job over and over again after firing her over and over again, so who’s the dumbass?
