Olivia Munn Assures Anna Faris And The World Via Instagram That She’s Not Boning Chris Pratt
Ever wanted to know what it’s like to be one of the popular kids in high school? A recent Instagram story posted by recently single Olivia Munn gives us a glimpse of what it’s like to be on the cheer squad at Hollywood High (not the real one, the metaphoric one for the middle-aged, growth stunted actors) and have to try to convince your classmate that the rumors you are dating her ex are, like, totally bogus.
Olivia offers a look at life from the cool kid’s table by publicly denying she’s doing Chris Pratt and dragging Anna Faris into the mix by posting their private text message exchange on Instagram. This should be a plot in the inevitable Saved by The Bell reboot. According to People:
Olivia Munn is publicly responding to reports that she recently went on a “romantic” dinner date with Chris Pratt — and sharing her text messages with his ex Anna Faris about the rumors. The 37-year-old actress used her Instagram story to shoot down talk that Faris was upset with her for dating Pratt, 38.
Ok, so remember that time when Anna Faris was dating Chris Pratt and everybody thought they were like so cute together and everything because they were both in Drama club and totally goofy and whatever? And then Chris went away to summer camp and came back like totally ripped and everyone was all like Anna straight up got an upgrade but he’s totally gonna dump her but they like stayed together for the dog or something? And then Chris joined the football team and got, like, super popular and they did end up splitting after all because duh, it was bound to happen?
Now people are saying they saw Chris and Olivia together and that Anna was upset so Olivia decided the best way to handle the situation was by denying the relationship and texting Anna about it. And then posting the private texts on IG because apparently, gossip about yourself makes you very thirsty.
Oliva wrote in her IG story (via People):
- Not every woman is scorned and upset after a breakup
- Not every woman is ‘furious’ at another woman for dating her ex
- So even if I was dating @prattprattpratt, some tabloids got me and @annafaris all wrong
- Women respect and love each other a lot more than some people like to think
Picture #5 was a list of the “horrible” celebrity names she and Chris might have including “Crolivia” and “Chrisivia“. I think that’s supposed to be “humor“. Then she posted this text exchange between her and Anna.
I’ve never made an IG story before but it really seems like Olivia put a lot of effort into this denial. This lady be protesteth-ing the most-est. I think Olivia’s favorite sound in the whole wide world is the ping she hears when her name comes up on her Google Alerts.
