Sarah Palin’s Son Was Arrested On Domestic Violence Charges, Again

The fruit of Sarah Palin’s loins, Track Palin, has been arrested on domestic violence charges in the motherland of Wasilla, Alaska for the second time in two years. It’s starting to get hard to keep track of Track’s track record.

According to The Los Angeles Times:

Palin, 28, was arraigned Sunday morning on three counts: felony burglary, misdemeanor reckless assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief for causing up to $500 in property damage, according to online court records. Each of the charges was related to domestic violence.

Apparently the fact that he was charged with felony burglary means he either hurt somebody or tried to hurt somebody in the process of burgling. People has a few more details. A source close to the situation tells People that Track was breaking and entering into his parent’s home. The reckless assault allegedly involved Track’s daddy Todd Palin. When asked if Todd would be ok, the source said “he will be,” adding: “A lot of other families have gone through worse.

The Palins family attorney released this statement regarding Track’s arrest:

“Given the nature of actions addressed last night by law enforcement and the charges involved, the Palins are unable to comment further. They ask that the family’s privacy is respected during this challenging situation just as others dealing with a struggling family member would also request.”

The last time Track was arrested, he was drunk, punched his girlfriend, and waved a rifle around.

The Times reports that nobody had posted Track’s bail and he was still sitting in jail with no attorney on record as of Sunday afternoon.

I have got to say, we really dodged a bullet with the Palin clan getting so close to the White House. What if Momma Bear Palin had been elected in 2008? Can you imagine having a family of criminals living at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave? Plus they’re so messy and embarrassing. It would have been like the world’s trashiest reality television show, only it would be real life and dangerous to the fabric of our nation. Thank god we didn’t elect Sarah Palin as Vice President of the United States. I’m really scratching my head thinking about what could have been a worse move, but I’m drawing a blank. Oh well, get back to work stoking the fires everybody, hell isn’t going to run itself!
