Or should I say, her latest future mistake (since the chance that this will end in drama, drama, and more drama is medium-to-high). It’s Halle Berry, after all, and it’s not really a Halle Berry relationship until it inevitably implodes or the cops are called. But for now, lets all bask in the love, light, and cheesiness that the beginning of a Halle Berry relationship brings.
Last month, Halle said she was taking a break from dating. Halle’s hiatus is clearly over. She hopped on Instagram yesterday and posted a picture herself and her new boyfriend with the caption: “My balance.” E! News says that 51-year-old Halle’s balance is 35-year-old British music producer Alex da Kid. He also shared the same picture and caption on Twitter.
A source tells E! News that they met through friends in the industry, and that they’ve been seeing each other for about two months.
Olivier Martinez became Halle’s third ex-husband about nine months ago. It seems about the right time for ex-husband number four. And Alex da Kid is a great option! Let’s see here, we’ve got a man who is sixteen years younger than Halle, who is just as enthusiastic about announcing their relationship with an artsy cuddle shot and corny caption as she was. Actually, this might be a match made in Halle heaven. If Alex is open to a publicity stunt like that picture, I can’t wait to see what kind of fun red carpet attention-grabbing hijinks they get up to.
