Rob Kardashian Could Be In Trouble For Posting Blac Chyna’s Nudes

Yesterday, Rob Kardashian threw up the messy details of his life with Blac Chyna all over social media. Rob accused Chyna of gold digging scheming, and he also repeatedly Instagrammed and tweeted nudes that she had texted to him. Those nudes have since been deleted, but the damage has been done, and Rob could be in for a world of legal trouble.

People spoke to an internet abuse and sexual consent attorney named Carrie Goldberg, and she claims everything Rob did was a textbook example of revenge porn. She says Rob has made the work of a prosecutor “very easy” by clearly outlining his motive for posting the pictures. The motive being that he wanted revenge on Chyna for allegedly cheating on him for several months. It’s especially bad since both Rob and Chyna live in California, and California has very strict revenge porn laws. If convicted, Rob could face up to six months in jail and a fine. And Chyna could receive “millions and millions” in damages.

Kris Jenner might want to start putting aside some extra cash for her dumb son’s stupidity, because Chyna has called her lawyer Walter Mosley. He released a statement on Wednesday evening explaining he was exploring all possible legal options with his client and advising her on how best to proceed.

Shortly after Rob realized he was living the lyrics from Gold Digger and went off on Instagram, TMZ did a little damage control for their boo Kris by saying that what he did might not actually qualify as revenge porn. They say that Chyna “liked” one of the nude pics he posted, which would make it difficult to argue she has suffered emotional distress. They also claim they’ve been told Chyna would never go to the police and file a report.

So we know what’s going on with Rob and Chyna, but however do Rob’s family feel about all of this? Oh, you didn’t think the attention wouldn’t immediately come back to them, did you? “Sources” tell TMZ that they are “ashamed” Rob made this so public and is “hurting the family name.” They also feel that Rob is hurting his daughter, Dream, by posting damaging stuff she might read on the internet later in life. The sources claim they stand by Rob, but want to do best by Dream. Honestly, at this point, I’m not sure who that is. Is there a long-lost Kardashian sister named Kassandra who might want to step in?
