An Intruder Broke Into And Hung Out In Amber Rose’s House While She Was Asleep

Amber Rose is the latest famous person to have their house broken into. But unlike previous victims who were robbed of diamonds and jewels, Amber was robbed of the ability to fall asleep without thinking of the time she woke up to scary security footage of a stranger chilling in her house.

TMZ say that a stranger broke into Amber Rose’s San Fernando Valley home early on Wednesday morning. They entered by breaking a window in the kitchen. Amber, her 4-year-old son, her mother, her assistant, and several body guards were asleep in the home at the time of the break-in. The intruder reportedly hung out in Amber’s home for four hours, and was still somewhere in the house when her assistant got up.

Amber didn’t notice something wrong until later on Wednesday afternoon when she saw the broken kitchen window. That’s when she checked security camera footage and saw the intruder breaking in, wandering around, and fleeing the scene. Police were called and they’re currently investigating. The intruder reportedly took nothing from the home.

This all happened around the same time someone allegedly hacked Amber’s Twitter account and tweeted that she had slept with Jay Z and that Tyga’s music is trash.

Based solely on Brink’s Home Security commercials, it was my understanding that when a stranger in a black ski mask breaks a window, your house fills with noisy burglar-scaring alarms. If Amber has security cameras, surely she should have been offered the scary alarm package as well? Until she upgrades to that (or better yet, to a steel house-sized dome), she might want to pull a Home Alone and toss a handful of Micro Machines and broken Christmas ornaments under every window to alert her in case the intruder tries to return.
