Zoe Saldana’s New Baby’s Name Is Very Calming

Defiant Nina Simone cosplayer Zoe Saldana birthed out a third baby last weekend at Cedars-Sinai hospital in L.A. Zoe and her husband, Italian artist Marco Perego (who sort of looks like if Fabio’s representation convinced him to go hipster in hopes of broadening his appeal) announced the birth on Instagram. And the kid’s name is going to make you go “om.”

Via USWeekly:

The name Zen isn’t that bad. It’s very Hollywood, but it’s not Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson or Zeppelin Bram. Zoe and Marco’s older children, twin boys, are named Cy Aridio and Bowie Ezio. So, yeah, the parents hung out briefly on the steps of “Insane Celebrity Baby Name” headquarters, but decided not to go in.

In other news, Zoe’s proof that, by the third baby, you don’t let the little things get to you anymore. Having another kid has obviously increased her chill. Compare that pleasant Instagram announcement above with what she tweeted in 2014 when the media revealed that an obviously pregnant Zoe Saldana was obviously pregnant:

That was hissy, huh? Once you’ve had to change two simultaneously full diapers on a night when the nanny’s off and your assistant plans to later pretend that they shut their ringer off, you learn to breathe and take it one day at a time. Hence, Zen.
