Former “Apprentice” Contestant Summer Zervos Has Hit Donald Trump With A Defamation Lawsuit

Today in Los Angeles, Gloria Allred held another one of her signature press conferences where she announced that her client Summer Zervos has filed a defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump. Gloria says that Trump defamed Summer by calling her a liar when she accused him of grabbing her breasts and kissing her without permission when she met him for what she thought was a job interview in 2007. “Your honor, we ask that you dismiss this case on the basis that we all know my client doesn’t grab tits. Summer was on season 5 of the regular Apprentice in 2006. She was the first one fired. Summer says that a year later, she met with Jabba the Trump at the Beverly Hills Hotel to talk about possible job opportunities in his company. Summer says during that meeting in his hotel room, he made her feel gross by kissing her on the lips without permission and telling her she had a “nice set of balls.” Afterward, she told a friend and her family about what happened. She went back to his hotel a few days later for another meeting, and she says he once again kissed her and turned up the ICK. NAST. by molesting her chest and thrusting his crotch against her. Summer pushed him away several times and told him to stop more than once. He eventually did and they went on with the “job interview.” Summer believes Trump getting on her was “some kind of test.” She was offered a low-paying job with the Trump Organization and told to never use his private number again. Summer feels like she was punished for not having sex with him.

Weeks before the election, Summer went public with her accusations against Trump and he responded to her and his other accusers by calling them all liars. Trump made a promise to sue Summer after the election, but she beat his ass to the punch by filing a defamation lawsuit against him in New York. NBC News reports that the lawsuit states that Trump knew that calling his accusers a bunch of liars would open the women up to death threats and mess with their reputations and money. Gloria said at today’s press conference that Trump’s denials were all “defamatory” and she added that he “maliciously” threw all the women “under the bus.”

Gloria Allred also said that Summer took a polygraph test already and she passed.

Summer is suing for damages, but Gloria says that if Trump takes back what he said about her and admits that her allegations are true, the lawsuit will go away.

“Ms. Zervos is willing to dismiss her lawsuit if he will retract his false statements about her and acknowledge that what Summer said about Mr. Trump and his alleged conduct is and was the truth.”

Since Summer was on The Apprentice, Gloria says she will try to subpoena the footage from the set where Trump allegedly mouth shits out slurs, etc…

The chances of me butt-birthing out a roller skating unicorn are greater than the chances of Trump saying he was wrong about something. So that’s not going to happen. But there is a chance that we will get those Apprentice tapes and will also get to see Gloria Allred unlocking her jaw as she goes after Trump during depositions.

And I’m sure Lifetime has already called Bridget Fonda about playing Summer in a TV movie of this, and I’m sure they’re also in talks with a torched dick cheese nugget about playing Trump.
