Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Are Being Sued By Their Bank Over An Unpaid Loan

Poor Snoopy. I’m sure Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott asked him for a loan and he was forced to think of an excuse. “Um, well, I sorta just sunk a whole bunch of money into Charlie Brown’s new hair transplant business, so…

As usual, Tori and The Deaner owe a lot of money to someone. E! News says that this time it’s City National Bank. City National filed a lawsuit on Monday claiming that Tori and Dean took out a $400,000 loan in December 2012. They promised to make monthly payments, plus interest, on the loan. Surprise! They bailed on a couple of those payments. According to their lawsuit, they owe $185,714 in unpaid loan payments, $2407 in interest, and $681 in late charges. That’s not all they owe.

City National also claims Tori owes $17,149 (plus interest) that she allegedly overdrew in September. That brings the grand total that Candy Spelling will be asked to write on a check to: $205,952. This has been an expensive year for Tori and The Deaner. In January, American Express came looking for $38,000 Tori owed on her credit card. In July, the IRS came after both of them for $259,108.23 in unpaid taxes. AmEx came after Tori again in November for failing to pay $87,594.55 in fees on her platinum card.

Tori and The Deaner have a fifth dependent on the way (a little boy), and it’s almost Giftmas in the Spelling house, so this lawsuit couldn’t have come at a worse time for their bank account. Where are they going to get the money from? Maybe The Deaner could rustle up little extra cash with a side-job.

What’s crappenin, jokers? Are you a dude who needs to pass a drug test? The Deaner’s looking to make some dollars, and he’s willing to sell his urine to YOU. The Deaner’s weiner water is free of the hard stuff – I’m only doing whippits now! – and there’s only trace amounts of boner pills in there, so you should be fine. Call now, and I’ll include a sperm sample for the ladies! $100 or best offer.
