GASP! Brad Pitt Has Accused Angelina Jolie Side Of Exposing Shit About Their Custody Fight

Saints don’t go caca, so when I said “shit,” I meant the details of their never-ending custody battle.

Brad Pitt’s legal team tried and failed to get a judge to seal all documents related to his custody war with Angelina Jolie. Brad wanted all documents sealed after everyone found out that he has to get drug tested 4 times a month and that his visits with the child army are monitored by a therapist. Those details came out after Angie’s side filed their temporary custody agreement with the court, which made it public. Angie’s side did that because Brad was going to ask the court for more non-therapeutic visits with the kids.

The Daily Mail has more on this, including the part where Brad’s lawyer basically said that the dirty game that diabolical Angie is playing is going to hurt the kids. By the way, that picture above is of Angie making her diabolical saint face.

In my last post about this mess, I copy + pasted e-mails between Angie’s lawyer Laura Wasser and Brad’s lawyer Lance Spiegel. I love legal bitchiness and Laura and Lance brought a little in their e-mails. Lance accused Angie of not wanting Brad in their children’s lives. The Daily Mail posted more e-mails between both sides in their fight about keeping the details private.

When Brad’s lawyer asked a judge to seal the documents, he said that Angie didn’t want an order for privacy.

The court filing also claims that Jolie ‘previously refused to enter into a stipulation for such an order and has instead compromised the children’s privacy by disregarding a confidentiality agreement that was expressly designed to protect the minor children.’

Pitt’s lawyer, Lance S. Spiegel, later writes: ‘The minor children should be protected from embarrassment and stigma resulting from public access to information concerning their emotional status and their relationships with their parents.’

Brad dribbled out his own declaration where he echoed what his lawyer said:

In his own declaration, Pitt writes: ‘[Jolie] and I have been unable to agree on a custody schedule and I intend to file a Request for Orders to establish a schedule unless an agreement is reached.’

He goes on to state: ‘I am extremely concerned that if court records regarding custody are not sealed,  information contained therein will cause irreparable damage to our children’s privacy rights.

‘I am respectfully requesting that all custody-related pleadings be sealed.’

Like I typed before, Laura Wasser argued that they had no choice but to file the temporary custody agreement after Brad made it clear that he was going to ask for more visitation.

Psychologist Philip M. Stahl also submitted a declaration in defense of the privacy order and in his professional opinion he believes that “potentially sensitive or damaging information could be discovered by children in family court matters” and could cause them emotional distress.

So, what I’m getting from this is that Brad’s side seems to be really worried about his pristine image getting covered with shit and Angie’s side is trying to cover his image with as much shit as possible so she can get what she wants (which is reportedly full physical custody so she can move to London and take her dream job at the United Nations). This ugly custody fight has made them both look bad, but I have a feeling that St. Angie may win in the end.

I had that feeling after seeing this headline today:

St. Angie obviously had something to do with Wonder Woman getting fired and if she can take down a superhero amazon, she can easily take down a dude who was too dumb for an art board.
