Shannen Doherty’s Husband Is Suing Her Former Management Team For Ruining His Sex Life, Among Other Things

December 7, 2016 / Posted by:

Shannen Doherty’s cancer lawsuit against her ex manager wrapped up a few months ago and now it’s her husband Kurt Iswarienko’s turn to file his own.

Shannen, who is deep in a battle with cancer, sued her former management, Tanner Mainstain Glynn & Johnson, for causing her SAG insurance policy to be cancelled due to a missed payment. Shannen argued that during the time it took her to reboot her insurance, her cancer showed up. Kurt has filed his own lawsuit against TMG&J and TMZ says the details of his lawsuit are similar to Shannen’s. Except Kurt’s lawsuit brings sex into it, or rather his lack of sex.

Kurt’s lawsuit slaps at TMG&J for allowing her insurance policy to expire and cause her cancer diagnosis to be delayed. Kurt also accuses TMG&J of mismanaging his funds and mixing him up in shady loans that ruined his credit. But even worse than bunk loans and missing money is Kurt’s allegation that TMG&J is responsible for packing a suitcase for his sex life and giving it a one-way bus ticket out of town.

No word on how much Kurt is asking for. Shannen wanted $15 million from TMG&J, and they ended up settling with her for an unspecified amount.

TMZ doesn’t provide any information on how exactly TMG&J destroyed Kurt’s sex life. The safe answer is probably that Shannen’s cancer treatment took priority over sex, and if TMG&J hadn’t let her insurance lapse, she would have caught her cancer early and they’d be getting nasty as we speak. Or maybe Kurt’s sex life hit the bricks because TMG&J screwed his financials so badly that he was too depressed to get it up any more. And he couldn’t buy online boner pills because his credit was shot and nobody would give him a credit card.
