The Photo That Taylor Swift Says Depicts Her Being Groped Has Made Its Way Online

Well, if this week wasn’t negatively charged enough, the image that Taylor Swift says shows Colorado DJ David Mueller feeling her up without her consent has been posted online. It’s the one that she wanted to keep off the path of people’s eyeballs. Welcome to the age of the internet, Taylor. I know. People suck.

This is the photo Taylor Swift felt was too hot for the public to handle … the one she claimed would encourage “scandalous” and “prurient” behavior … the one that’s at the center of her sexual assault lawsuit against a former DJ.

Taylor claims that DJ David’s hand took an unauthorized tour of her butt while she was posing with him and his lady friend during a pre-concert meet-and-greet in June of 2013. David found himself jettisoned from the VIP area as well as the concert venue after Pippi Yawnstocking complained. David, morning show co-host at the time, was fired by Denver station KYGO two days later. That’s when he sued Taylor for falsely accusing him and getting his ass and his allegedly wandering hand fired. Swifty countersued him right back, bringing in the testimony of a bodyguard who she says witnessed the creeping hand.

Swift asked a judge to keep the photo under wraps on grounds it would prejudice the potential jury. It’s hard to see how this pic unduly prejudices anyone.

We’re not posting the pic here (even we have scruples… or something resembling them) but, having looked at it, I AM wondering why dude’s hand needs to be either on Tay Tay’s buttcheeks or hovering above them? That’s probably not an item requested on her concert rider. However, I’m not an expert as a “potential sketchy hand placement in photos” witness. I am, however, an expert in knowing when a belt is ugly. And let’s just say DJ David’s lady’s belt is a lot of look. If DJ David was acting inappropriately, maybe he was just trying to distract Swifty from that belt? Seriously, I think she has her keys on there, and there’s what looks like a seat belt buckle, and some sparkly grommet work. Can I sue that belt?
