Kim Kardashian Is Suing MediaTakeOut For Saying She Faked Getting Robbed In Paris

TMZ says that Kim Kardashian has just filed a federal lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com for alleging that she pulled a Ryan Lochte and made up a story about being held at gunpoint and robbed in her apartment in Paris last week. According to TMZ, Kim has a problem with 3 MediaTakeOut posts that accuse her of faking the whole thing. MTO believes the robbery was an inside job that goes all the way to Kim herself. One post alleges there’s evidence that Kim “staged” her robbery. Another claims that French authorities suspect that Kim let the robbers in. They accused Kim of committing a federal crime by filing a false insurance claim. Kim isn’t having any of it. She reportedly contacted MTO and told them to retract the stories and issue apologies. When they didn’t respond, her lawyers Marty Singer and Andrew Brettler threw a lawsuit at them.

Kim’s lawyers also allege that MTO’s “sources” consist of random people with good imaginations from social media. TMZ doesn’t know how much Kim is suing MTO for, but it sounds like if Kanye West could pick a number, he might pick somewhere in the neighborhood of $2 million. The Daily Mail reports that a few months ago, Kanye’s allegedly broke ass took out a $2 million line of credit against his New York apartment. I’m willing to bet that MTO just printed that story out and pinned it to their “KIM’S FAKED ROBBERY” evidence board.

Kim’s lawyers might want to make a copy of their lawsuit against MTO, because they’re not the only ones side-eying the truthfulness of her robbery story. Radar Online got their hands on video footage allegedly taken from inside Kim and Kanye’s Paris apartment shortly after she reported being robbed. Radar gave the video to “law security experts” who think something smells rotten. And no, they’re not catching whiffs of the chemicals in Kim’s plastic ass boiling from the heat trapped in her Spanx. Said experts have a problem with how calm Kim is in the video. The experts who watched the video put a magnifying glass over Kim’s wrists and didn’t see any evidence of zip-tie damage on Kim’s wrists. There doesn’t appear to be any damage to either door leading into the apartment, or any damage inside the apartment.

It was originally reported that the thieves came off as professionals, but TMZ says that isn’t so. Kim allegedly told police that the robbers were a bunch of “amateurs” who didn’t know what they were doing. She claims they kept arguing with each other about what to do. They also wore really shitty police officer costumes and left zip-ties and duct tape behind when they left. TMZ says that someone found a $33,180 diamond and platinum cross on the sidewalk outside of Kim’s apartment that the police believe was dropped by Kim’s doofus robbers.

As for how Kim has been doing since the robbery, Khloe Kardashian told Ellen DeGeneres and Kevin Hart on Tuesday’s episode of Ellen that Kim is still traumatized right now.

Of course Kim is “not doing that well” right now. I can only imagine the anxiety she felt when Khloe told her she was going on Ellen to talk about it. Khloe is the last person you want to get involved in Kardashian family drama. Kim probably had her life intern Kylie Jenner slip an electric shock collar underneath Khloe’s clip-in ponytail to prevent her from saying more than a few words. “You know, I think Kim has been planning this robbery for a long timeOW OW OW I mean, no further questions.
