Nick Gordon Didn’t Bother Showing Up To Court, So A Judge Found Him Responsible In Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Death

The estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown sued her boyfriend/adopted brother Nick Gordon last year for allegedly scheming to get her money and being responsible for her death. The lawsuit claimed that Nick pulled some ice cold cunt stunts like transferring money from Bobbi Kristina’s account to his own the day she went into a coma. The day Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub, she got into a fight with Nick and was supposed to meet up with a friend to talk about his alleged violent ways. Nick was also accused of injecting Bobbi Kristina with a “toxic mixture” that day.  Nick’s lawyers spit on the lawsuit by calling it “meritless,” but he never got to tell the court in Atlanta, GA why it was meritless, because he was a no-show twice. That cost him the case.

E! News reports that Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford declared today that Nick Gordon is legally responsible for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death. Nick said “fuck it” to showing up, so the judge ruled that “anything he now alleges is admitted through omission.Bobby Brown released this statement after the judge’s decision was made:

“I am pleased with the outcome of today’s court proceedings. All I ever wanted was answers relating to who and what caused my daughter’s death. Today’s judgment tells me it was Nick Gordon. Now I need to process all the emotions I have and lean on God to get me and my family through this.”

Nick is still being investigated by the cops, but so far no charges have been filed.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s conservators were asking for $50 million in damages. A jury will later decide on an amount.

Nick Gordon didn’t show up to court but he DID show up to be interviewed by rotten egghead with a stache Dr. Phil. So if the court really wanted to see Nick Gordon’s face, they should’ve told him that the cameras were going to be there and the case would be presided by Judge Judy. But then again, if Judge Judy was the judge in the case, Nick really wouldn’t have shown up. Because he wouldn’t want to deal with the holes that Judge Judy would burn into his face with her NOT THE ONE glares.
