Amanda Seyfried Is Getting Married To Her Boyfriend Of Six Months

Her bofyriend of six months depending on who you’re talking to. I’m sure there’s someone out there who is thinking “Hmm, six months? Before or after he got divorced?” All that we know for sure is that Amanda Seyfried is engaged to Matt from Life in Pieces, aka Thomas Sadoski.

Reps for Amanda and Thomas confirmed the news to UsWeekly. A source also tells UsWeekly that it happened recently and that their friends and family know about it. This will be 30-year-old Amanda’s first marriage and 40-year-old Thomas’ second. Thomas’ marriage of eight years ended last August, which just so happened to be shortly after he and Amanda starred together in the off-Broadway play The Way We Get By. That was also a month before she and Justin Long broke up.

Amanda and Thomas began dating when they started filming The Last Word earlier this year. So they’re co-stars and they got together in a maybe-scandalous way and they have only been together for a couple months? Sounds like a perfect celebrity engagement to me! It’s a good thing UsWeekly hollered out Amanda’s engagement news, because it’s not like the ring on her finger is doing much screaming.

Amanda Seyfried steps out for the first time since getting engaged in New York and keeps her engagement ring hidden.

I know that pic looks like it was taken with an iPotato 7, but you’re not seeing things. That skinny band is her engagement ring. Where is the tasteful 8lb 6oz stone? The platinum band covered with skin-chafing diamonds? Maybe that’s just a placeholder ring. I’m sure her real ring is in the shop getting reinforced with tiny steel beams.

Here’s Amanda showing off that ring on that finger in New York this morning while taking her dog Finn for a walk. I’ll be honest, I really do care about the marriage of Karen from Mean Girls. I want to know if their vows will include the line “I Thomas, take you Minge“, and if Amanda will let Finn be the ring bearer.
