Minka Kelly Denies That She’s Dating Wilmer Valderrama

Last week, UsWeekly and E! News informed us that Minka Kelly may be going through another repeat case of douchematization when they reported that she was dating Wilmer Valderrama again. Minka and Wilmer went on a couple of dates back in 2012, and sources said that they were dating again, a month after he broke up with Demi Lovato. Minka finally talked about the rumor that she’s doing Fez. You can stop sending Minka pamphlets for the Damn, She Needs To Love Herself conference, because she denies they’re together again.

Minka was asked about her situation with Wilmer during an appearance on Power 106’s The Cruz Show (via NYDN) yesterday. Minka recently went to Mexico with Wilmer, and she Instagrammed a bunch of pap shots of the two of them on vacation. But that wasn’t her way of confirming that she is letting Manny get handy with her tool box, if you will. Minka says she and Wilmer are “good friends” and have been good friends for a long time. She also says that we can stop with any dick recycling jokes, because Wilmer wasn’t ever her ex. She adds that Wilmer “is a really, really good person” and that “any girl would be lucky to have him.”

My guess is that Minka and Wilmer started out as a potential hook-up. But they quickly became “good friends” after he caught a glimpse of the year she was born on her passport while they boarded that plane to Mexico. “Shoot, does that say 1980? Huh, I always thought you were younger than that. Let’s just be good friends?”
