Josh Duggar Is Being Sued By The Guy Whose Picture He Used For His Ashley Madison Profile

Back when gross human tater tot Josh Duggar was still trolling for extramarital coochie online, he didn’t use a real picture of himself on his online profiles. Maybe it was because he was afraid potential hookups would recognize him as one of the stars of TLCs 19 Kids and Counting and rat him out to the press. Maybe he was afraid they might not want to bang a dude whose face gives off the impression that he would definitely give you the creepiest back massage you’ve ever received. Whatever the reason, Josh Duggar decided to use someone else’s picture. Well, that person is now suing him.

Shortly after Josh was caught with having many secret online dating profiles on OK Cupid and Ashley Madison, we all discovered that the person in the profile pictures wasn’t Josh. Josh used a random person’s picture that he found online. The picture was of a model and DJ from Hollywood, CA named Matthew McCarthy. Being the face of Josh’s side piece-seeking avatar wasn’t great for Matthew; at the time, he claimed he had lost at least one DJ job because the club thought he was involved with Josh’s “sex scandal.

Things got worse for Matthew, because TMZ says he’s suing Josh. According to the lawsuit, Matthew was “humiliated” to have been connected to Josh Duggar. Matthew claims he was raised in tight-knit Catholic family, and being the online face of a child-touching hooker-banging porn addict cheater was “mortifying” for him. Matthew also claims he’s faced a lot of harassment. People allegedly call him “Duggar’s boy toy” and “DJ Duggar.

Matthew is suing Josh for wrongful use of his image, as well as damages. Matthew doesn’t specify how much money he wants, but I’m going to guess it’s whatever he lost in DJ gigs plus however much will erase the barf-worthy mental image conjured up by the words “Duggar’s boy toy” from his brain.
