Kylie Jenner Responds To The Komplaints That She Runs A Krappy Khompany

Teenage lipgloss peddler Kylie Jenner learned the hard way this week that it’s not enough to simply slap your name on a product to be able to call yourself a successful businesswoman. On Tuesday, it was reported that Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie’s line of overpriced lip shit, had received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. According to the BBB, Kylie Cosmetics had generated 137 complaints from customers, which included security breaches, shipping problems, and nonexistent customer service. This would be the second time someone from the Kardashian/Jenner family put in a half-assed effort with their makeup company.

Kylie clearly wanted to go back to the wonderful time when the only F associated with her name stood for Fillers. So she recently addressed the issues with Kylie Cosmetics on her website. And guess what, you guys? That F is all gone!

“You guys are the reason I keep going and I’m motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be. I’m continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy. Because so many of you spoke out, I’m excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating.”

But how? According to TMZ, someone from Kylie Cosmetics called up the BBB shortly after she received her shit grade on Monday and “asked” how they could change it. As as luck would have it, Kylie’s F magically turned into a C, then a B-, then no grade at all. And I’m sure none of that was the result of Kris Jenner driving a giant dump truck full of cash up to the front door of the Better Business Bureau.

As for why Kylie Cosmetics no longer has a BBB rating, a rep provided a “Sure, Jan” explanation to TMZ about that. Kylie’s company is less than a year old, and companies under a year old don’t get their grades posted (unless it’s lower than a C). Okay, so what about that F then? Apparently that original F was a guesstimate because Kylie Cosmetics didn’t provide them with sales numbers to help them figure out the ratio of sales to complaints. Kylie Cosmetics eventually provided sales numbers, which the BBB assures TMZ are “huge.

Thank god Kylie got that all figured out! How tragic would it be if people were mislead into thinking that an 18-year-old who barely graduated high school didn’t know how to run a business? Not to mention that it was very irresponsible of the BBB to give Kylie the kind of rating that might decrease her profits. Kylie can’t be messing around with her money situation right now. She is back together with Tyga, after all.
