Two Of Johnny Depp And Amber Heard’s Security Guards Are Side-Eying Amber Heard’s Story

It’s time once again to add another name to the growing list of people getting involved with this massive bummer of a situation between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. This time it’s two security guards named Jerry Judge and Sean Bett who worked at Johnny and Amber’s Los Angeles penthouse. And while I can’t exactly be sure whose side they’re on, it sounds like they’re Team Halitosis (aka Team Johnny).

TMZ says that Jerry and Sean have chimed in with their side of the story regarding Amber and Johnny’s alleged cellphone-smashing fight from last Saturday. According to Amber, Johnny threw an iPhone at her face, which prompted her to go out and get a restraining order against him. According to Johnny, no such fight happened. According to Jerry and Sean, Amber did shout out the words “Stop hitting me“, but they believe she might have been crying wolf.

Sources tell TMZ that Amber and Johnny were fighting in the living room/kitchen, so Jerry and Sean decided to give them some space and stand outside the door. They claim they heard Amber scream for Johnny to stop hitting her, so they sprung into action and ran into the living room. They claim that when they went into the living room, Amber was on the couch and Johnny was at least 20 feet away from her in the kitchen (it’s an open floor plan). The source also says that Johnny thinks Amber’s scream was a failed attempt at a setup, because she knew there were two witnesses standing outside in the hallway.

Hearing one of your bosses scream that the other boss is hitting them would be pretty alarming, but apparently Jerry and Sean were used to it. Jerry and Sean say that Amber was a loose cannon of aggression during the 15 months she was married to Johnny. They allegedly witnessed her screaming at Johnny, throwing bottles, and charging at him. They also say that they had to pull Amber off of poor defenseless Johnny several times. And just like that, Jerry and Sean received a text from Doug Stanhope saying “Hey! Do you guys wanna come over for a beer this afternoon and talk? I feel like we have a lot in common.”

Jerry and Sean are expected to testify at Amber’s restraining order trial next month. Not that Amber’s lawyer is worried about their testimony, of course. Amber’s lawyer, Samantha Spector, said in a statement that this is nothing but a smear campaign to make her client look straight-up diabolical. Samantha also would like you to know that Amber didn’t file a police report regarding the cellphone incident, because she was being considerate of Johnny’s career.

“As the result of Amber’s decision to decline giving an initial statement to the LAPD, her silence has been used against her by Johnny’s team. Amber did not provide a statement to the LAPD in an attempt to protect her privacy and Johnny’s career. Johnny’s team has forced Amber to give a statement to the LAPD to set the record straight as to the true facts, as she cannot continue to leave herself open to the vicious false and malicious allegations that have infected the media.

Amber has suffered through years of physical and psychological abuse at the hands of Johnny. In domestic violence cases, it is not unusual for the perpetrator’s playbook to include miscasting the victim as the villain.”

As for that statement that Amber decided to give to the LAPD, her attorney doesn’t get into the specifics of that. But I’m going to go out on a limb and assume it has something to do with Jack Sparrow being an alleged beater and drunk. The LAPD, however, maintain that they didn’t see any sign of a domestic dispute at their house, and that they couldn’t see any evidence of abuse on Amber’s face.

You can read the whole statement here, and yes, it continues to drag Johnny and his “team.” Amber’s attorney also calls her a “hero.” I think that no matter what side of this situation you’re on, we can all agree that she’s right about that. Anyone who has kissed on Johnny Depp’s current-day mouth is nothing less than a hero.
