T.I. Cutting All Business Ties With Iggy Azalea Is News To Her

T.I. made it perfectly clear during a radio interview this morning that he and his one-time protégée Iggy Azalea are over in the professional sense. T.I. should’ve maybe dropped a trick a “see ya” text or maybe sent her a quick “bye bitch” DM. Because apparently, Iggy found out that her business relationship with T.I. is over when everybody else did. In the words of Iggy, “Well-a-well-a-well adfkljadslkfjdsaf-well-a-well-a-adsafdfdsffd-elp.” That’s Iggy freestyle for “welp.”

For a long time, T.I. was Iggy’s biggest supporter and as some hos threw shit at her, he defended her left and right. Everything changed for T.I. late last year when Q-Tip set up a classroom on Twitter and gave Iggy a lesson on the history of hip-hop. A backlash hit Iggy and T.I. still supported. But T.I. tells Hot 97’s “Ebro In The Morning” that shortly after that mess, he wiped his hands clean of her. T.I. says he hasn’t spoken to her in a while. via Vibe

“After the Q-Tip thing… After I kind of had smoothed it over, like okay, ‘What is really meant to be said here is…’ After it was cool, everything was cool, and then they kind of came back and undid what I had just [accomplished]. Imma be all the way real, I’m a loyal partner. If I rock with you I’m gon’ rock with you…I really do feel that they [Iggy’s team] just needed a little more time to adjust, which I feel they [Iggy’s team] can do. They have the talent, they have the charisma.

In her defense, she had a lot thrown at her at one time. Any human being anywhere ‘gon have a hard time adjusting.”

I think that what T.I. means is that everything that happened after the Q-Tip schooling was basically one big messy shart and he took a baby wipe and cleaned it up. Everything was fresh and clean, but then Iggy just couldn’t help herself and had to drop another big messy shart by continuing to talk shit on Twitter. At that point, T.I. was all out of baby wipes and was sick of getting caca on his hands.

In a series of tweets, Iggy responded to her old mentor and let him know that talking about their personal crap on the radio is not the way to go and she’ll wait for him to clarify himself. Bitch is going to be waiting a while, but that’s okay, because it’s not like she has anything else to do.

Heres the deal, I am still signed to @tip and do business with him. The first ive heard of us having an “issue” is via a radio interview. Personally, i dont think the radio is the place to talk about your personal issues with someone thats part of your team… He seems to think theres nothing wrong with what he said, everybody else seems to disagree. Im sure tip will publicly clarify what he meant when he feels he has the right platform to do so and other than that, im chillin.

So airing your personal shit on the radio is not okay, but airing your personal shit on Twitter is totally okay? Iggy really needs to put out a book called “Logic According To Iggy,” because she must share her wisdom with the world. But really, she just needs to stop this and go back to fighting with pizza on Twitter. Now that’s entertaining.
