After this video of Fern keeping her paw on the horn while throwing a side-eye of the Gods went viral, her owners Fiona and Graham Haddow explained to the media what happened. Graham told Metro UK that he and his wife Fiona left Fern in the car while they went to look at art stuff in a gallery. They were gone for five minutes when Fern got into the front seat and started blasting the horn non-stop. She kept doing it for 15 minutes. Graham said that when they got back to the car, they found a crowd around it taking pictures:
“When I got closer, I realized people were pointing and laughing and taking pictures. She was sitting in there casually honking the horn. A young lad on a scooter told me he had been there from the beginning and it had been going on for 15 minutes, we had only been away for 20 minutes. It was as if she was saying: ‘Where have you been? I’ve been waiting’. She is a bit of a diva, she just wants a bit of attention.”
