Open Post: Hosted By A Local News F-Bomb Out Of Detroit

November 13, 2013 / Posted by:

During a report on Local 4 News about a fire that damaged an entire city block in Detroit, the anchors threw it to reporter Lauren Podell who obviously wasn’t ready to go live and was in the middle of trying to get something in there. As a live camera rolled next to her, Lauren bitched about not knowing where they were going before saying, “I can’t get this fucking in there.” The anchor made an “ohshitface” and quickly apologized while thinking to himself, “I’ve heard that one before.”  I’ve said that one before.

And every time a reporter drops an F-bomb, a child watching the news with their parents get a favorite new word. Thanks to local news reporters, the glory of the fuck word will live on forever and ever.
