California Dream Barbie’s Hot Dog Stand! Good food & good times!

Maybe it’s because I made the mistake of eating two raw hot dogs last night (sadly for me, that’s not a euphemism), but I had a dream about California Dream Barbie’s Hot Dog Stand. My sister’s friend had one of these in the 80s and I’d play with it after school by myself. (Side note: Nothing says forever FOREVER alone like playing with California Dream Barbie and Hot Dog Stand Ken every day after school.) Now that I look at this shit, it’s obvious that this hot dog stand was a total front. Those aren’t cans of soda. Those are empty Morton Salt containers with 7Up labels on them. And who the hell sells flat and empty bags of chips?! Ken is selling hot dogs alright, but he’s selling his hot dog. The California Dream Barbie Hot Dog Stand should’ve been called The California Dream Ken Prostitution Whore Stand.

That being said, Mattel should really bring back the California Dream Barbie series and update that shit for 2013 by replacing Hot Dog Stand Ken with Frutas Cart Ken.
