Why doesn't Lindsay Lohan get a clue and get a whole new set of friends? They are seriously spilling her secrets to the tabs. UsWeekly is reporting that Lindsay sent Brody Jennfer several text messages from rehab saying all she wanted was "McDonald's & Sex." Why isnt' she BFFs with Britney Spears? They both want the same things out of life.

Fishsticks Paltrow has defended Lindsay Lohan's rehab ways. Lohan has been under a lot of criticism for coming and going as she pleases from the Wonderland rehab facility.

Fishsticks said, "My prediction is that Lindsay Lohan, she'll figure it out. It's really, really hard to be so young and so in the public eye and I think it's very confusing. It's hard to be that out there and, you know, when everybody's analyzing everything you do, and she's ... very young."

Yeah, if it's so difficult why doesn't she quit. Fishsticks continued to flap her trout lips by sort of taking a dig at Dina Lohan. "My parents would have killed me if I didn't do it behind closed doors."

That's cause you're perfect Fishsticks. You can do no wrong. Seriously, I'm sure it's hard being in the public eye...but they made that choice. Lindsay doesn't have to sell her ass on Robertson everyday to the photographers. If she really wanted to be left alone, she'd pull a Julia Roberts and move out of Hollyweird. Lohan loves every second of it.

Residents of the Wonderland rehab facility where Lindsay Lohan is receiving treatment are upset that she's getting to leave so much. Lindsay left again yesterday to have her car serviced. She then stopped by the set of her movie before returning back to rehab.

Residents have told TMZ that when Lindsay is there, her friends, hairstylists, make-up people and masseuse are allowed to tend to her. The facility has also given her the key to the front door.

Lindsay's rep said, "Lindsay is 100% not getting special treatment. She's getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic, it's not a lockdown facility. There is personal time. All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out, like the 'Today' show, they don't know what she's going through, they're not there. They shouldn't speak until they've gone through something like that."

She also wanted to make sure that everyone knows Lindsay had her appendix was taken out and was not in the hospital for anything else.

Ok, I'm no expert....but isn't the point of rehab to stay there and get help. I mean people check themselves in there, so they won't be tempted to booze or pill pop right? She better watch herself, because some crazed resident is going to beat her ass while she's getting a manicure from her personal manicurist!

A friend of Linday Lohan's claims that she's happier than ever since checking her ass into the Wonderland rehab facility. Lindsay has spent the past week taking hikes, staying sober and attending treatment meetings.

Her friend said, "She's been sending text messages from rehab saying she's the happiest she has ever been. She seems under control right now."

Since it's so great there, she sould stay. Seriously. I'm sure we'll do fine without her. We should send Paris Hilton in there to keep her company too.

Lindsay Lohan was so afraid that her appendix would be sold on eBay following surgery that she begged doctors to let her take it home. Lindsay is reportedly keeping it safe and sound in her freezer at home. Kimbo Stewart thinks Lindsay should sell it anyway for charity. GROSS! Wait, do appendixeses (sp?) soak up booze? If they do, Lindsay's would be like a portable bar! I like that.

In other Lindsay news, she will continue work on her film I Know Who Killed Me in a few days. Production on the thriller halted so that Lindsay could get her appendix taken out. Doctors have given her the greenlight to return to work. She will continue treatment at the Wonderland rehab facility during the morning and evening while she shoots during the day.

First of all, she's a dumbass. You can't sell organs on ebay. People try, but they get taken down right away. Second of all, she doesn't need to keep it in the freezer since the booze will keep it from spoiling.

Last Friday, a rumor circulated that James Franco was the main reason Lindsay Lohan hit rock bottom and checked herself into rehab. The report said that James turned down her advances and Lindsay took it to heart and to the bottle.

James is currently doing the rounds at Sundance and was asked by Access Hollywood what he has to say about the whole Lindsay in Wonderland thing. He said, "We are friends. I hope she gets better."

He was asked if he was going to visit her and he kind of giggled and said "um...no."

Lindsay Lohan left rehab for a quick minute over the weekend to attend an AA meeting in West Hollywood. Lohan is currently at the Wonderland facility to receive treatment for something or another. Because homegirl is getting her act together, she will be unable to attend her movie screening at Sundance.

Lindsay's movie Chapter 27 with Jared Leto is getting a special screening in Park City, Utah. Her spokesperson said that Lindsay will stay at Wonderland not attend the premiere.

It's a good thing, because I heard that her movie is so terrible that it will force even the most sober of humans to turn to booze to mend the pain.

Friends of Lindsay Lohan say that James Franco may have sent her over the edge and to rehab. Hahah!! At a Golden Globe after-party Lindsay tried to her a piece of the Spiderman actor, but he quickly turned her ass down.

Lindsay and James have worked together a little and are said to be friends. He isn't interested in her in that way since has a girlfriend and is happy.

A source said, . “Most people were in a good mood — except for her. She seemed lost. She was trying to get James’ attention, and he wouldn’t give her anything. She was smoking a lot, not drinking in front of him, and then she went into a bedroom. From there, she went back to trying to get James’ attention again, and he was ignoring her. She ran out crying, with the girlfriend following her.”

A few hours after James turned her ass down, she was found passed out in a hallway. The Wonderland facility where she is being treated also helps to mend broken hearts, so maybe that's why she's in rehab? All signs point to no, but hey.

Dina Lohan aka White Oprah is using her daughter's unfortunate situation to get a little media attention! Dina has been doing the rounds talking to anybody who will listen. Below is a video of Dina on "The Insider" comparing the media to "Mean Girls" and talking about herself as usual. She also stragely enough talks about Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson. Shouldn't she be comforting her younger daughter instead of with reporters? She's so shopping around a Lifetime movie of this.
