Best Week Ever has the details of Britney and KFed's pre-nup. Apparently, Britney's camp made sure that her pre-nup was ironclad and kept her cash safe.

Their Malibu mansion will be divided 50/50
Any gift worth more than $10,000 will be given back to the gift giver. Meaning KFed will walk away with a Swatch watch and some McDonald's Monopoly tokens
Britney will pay KFed $30k a month half of the length of their marriage - 1 year
Britney won't pay child support to Shar Jackson, KFed's other baby mama
Her millions are safe and sound

I think the World is going to be explode over this, the internet at least. I've gotten at least 150,345,678 emails over this. I have to sift through that shit. TMZ Reports:

Britney Spears has filed a petition for divorce from Kevin Federline. Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.

The two have been married since 2004. Their prenup is said to be iron clad and Britney is waiving her right for spousal support, of course. Britney gave the date of separation as November 6, 2006. Britney famously appeared in her new body on David Letterman that night.

Britney has hired Laura Wasser as her lawyer. Wasser has defended Angelina Jolie and Nick Lachey.

UPDATE - On the divorce papers she lists October 6, 2004 as her wedding date and not September 18, the day we all thought she got married. She lied to us and I feel so violated!

Reality TV star, AtooSAW Rubenstein, is leaving her job as EIC of Seventeen Magazine to start her own shit. Atoosa has been in the gossips for the past few months with staffers apparently complaining that she only cares about being famous. She is leaving to start her own teen-focused website and write her own book on what a slag she is.

She issued this statement, "I'm a risk taker. I don't play the game in a safe way. I've never been driven by power or money. I've always had a very strong relationship with our audience, and I hope to develop that in a more immediate and visceral way."

She was the star of the MTV reality show "Miss Seventeen" and is currently an annoying judge on "America's Next Top Model."

Shanna Moakler is having a divorce party in celebration of, you guessed it, her divorce to Travis Barker. He shot off about this new situation on his MySpace:

Not surprisingly, there is no prenup between Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillipe. Ryan could walk away with a shit load of cash. California law states that without a prenup, cash is divided equally.

Reese made $30 million for just two movies last year. Ryan makes around $2.5 million a film. Divorce filings are only days away.

If Ryan’s alleged affair with Abbie Cornish turns out to be true, who knows if he’ll get anything.

Suddenly, Mr. Phillipe is starting to look a lot hotter and a lot bigger in the dick area. It’s funny how millions of dollars can make a dick suddenly grow a few inches.

Reese and Ryan Witherspoon's sudden split has baffled a lot of us into wondering what happened to them? Laney Gossip has reported that Ryan had an affair with a waitress he met while shooting in Vancouver. He kept the affair going while he filmed there. This could've been the final straw, but who knows?

There's always been strong gay rumors with Ryan. I once had a drag queen tell me that she screwed him once in the mid-90s and he smelled like shit. Take that for what it's worth.

I'm sure millions of rumors will spill on the reasons for the split. You can expect Reese to find solace in Jennifer Aniston. They deserve each other.

"We are saddened to announce that Reese & Ryan have decided to formally separate. They remain committed to their family and we ask that you please respect their privacy and the safety of their children at this time."

Reese has already hired divorce attorney, Robert Kaufman. There has been no word on the split, but sources say it was a long time coming. There were rumors that Ryan was threatened by his wife's career. The two recently came out as a couple on 10/17. They have been married seven years.

Divorce papers have not yet been filed.

I'm guessing now that Ryan has a critically acclaimed movie on his hands, bitch is jealous! This is going to get ugly. Homegirl wants to be the H.B.I.C. I doubt they have a pre-nup and Reese makes $20 million a picture!
