Kimmie speaks on "The Insider" tonight and tells her side of the story or something. She also officially shoots down a website that was put up in her name. Poor Kimmie. I feel for her. I just want to put my arms around her, reach for some scissors and give her hair some body with layers. Oh and some highlights wouldn't hurt either. You know, frame the face.

That crying judge already awarded Anna Nicole Smith's remains to Dannielynn Hope's court-appointed guardian, but that's not good enough for Virgie Arthur. The guardian decided to let Anna be buried with her son in the Bahamas. Virgie wants Anna in Texas. Virgie filed papers today asking for the judge's decision to be overturned. The documents state that "as natural mother and next of kin" of Anna, she is "entitled to make the decision regarding where [she], her child, is to be buried." Let it go! It's ok to lose Virgie. Besides Anna was closer to her son than her mother, so this makes sense. Virgie just needs to go back to Texas and sell more stories about her daughter!

Earlier this week a website came up claiming to be that of Anna Nicole Smith's former assistant, Kimberly Walther. Kimmie has denied that she has anything to do with that website. She's kept quiet, but not anymore. Tonight on The Insider she will finally talk! She has come forward to speak to The Insider, because of the fake website that came up saying bad things about Howard K. Stern. She said this about Daniel, "He loved stand-up comedy and was just an amazing kid. In May of last year, he called to tell me that he got his driver's license. He never seemed depressed, unhappy." Damnit! I wanted her to talk trash! It doesn't seem like she is. She also has new hair. Watch The Insider tonight to see what Kimmy has to say! Judge Larry Seidlin ruled today that Richard Milstein get custody of Anna Nicole Smith's remains. Richard is the legal guardian of Dannielynn Hope. Judge Larry cried while he read his verdict. He recommends that ANS should be buried next to her son. Damn, he's a drama queen! Get professional! That was a good decision.

Howard K. Stern told the court today that Anna Nicole Smith paid his way. She paid for travel expenses, rent, meals, you name it. He says he made "$60,000 - $70,000" in 2002 and had to borrow money from his parents to pay his way currently. He also confessed that he stands to make 6% of Anna's share of J. Howard Marshall's estate. He also spoke about Anna's drug use. He said that she took medication for depression and said, "It's not like Anna was medicated all the time. It's not like she couldn't talk." Um...she couldn't! Have you seen the videos? She needs a damn translator! Basically, he talks about forgery and other boring stuff. Seriously, The CW needs to just buy this whole court thing and air it. My head spins just watching clips of it. Basically we know Howard is a liar, he's crazy and he's pretty pathetic. I sort of feel sorry for him. Sort of.

Anna Nicole Smith's mother, Vergie Arthur, has taken the stand this morning in the battle for ANS's body. She said that Howard K. Stern is the only one making money off of her daughter. She said that Entertainment Tonight has reportedly funeral rights for a whopping $1 million. Vergie also said that she has a bond with Larry Birkhead and believes in her heart that he's the father of Dannielynn Hope. Judge Larry Seidlin made the quote of the century when he said, "There's no circus here, my friend." HAHHA! Yeah he wishes. That circus is just missing a showgirl on a pony! The players of the case are currently at the medical examiner's office during lunch recess to see ANS's body. What a lovely lunch. Judge Larry promises a decision on Friday.

Last night I posted Anna Nicole Smith's former assistant's alleged website. The website KimberlyWalther.com claimed to be purple-haired Kimmy and she basically went off on Howard K. Stern. Well, Kimmy denied the website through her MySpace to a Dlisted reader. Who knows what to believe anymore?! I thought the website was a little honest and angry and a little too good to be true. Oh well! Kimmy DOESN'T speak! Yet....

I'm assuming that this is Kimberly Walther's website. Kimberly is known as Kimmy, Anna Nicole Smith's purple-haired former assistant. I've been wondering where she's been through all this and it looks like she's finally speaking out against Howard. Here's some interesting and hot things she said:

Larry Burkhead (her spelling) is the FATHER OF DANNIELYNN Larry only wanted the best for Anna Nicole. He tried to do the right thing by her and his daughter. Howard K. Stern, Daniel died within hours of arriving and you flushed WHAT down the toilet? Howard K. Stern, You loved Anna Nicole so much you turned your head when you signed the FedX for the METHADONE? Howard K. Stern, You loved Anna Nicole so much you had to rush out and buy a Yacht and to take her where? A watery grave? Howard K. Stern, My guess the reason you don't want any DNA samples done on you or Dannielynn is they will find DRUGS in both systems.

She goes on and on and basically tells Howard what she thinks is going on. She thinks Dannielynn is most likely an addict and that Howard got rid of Anna's updated will. I really hope this is Kimmy, because if so she's a hotter ho than I thought. Give it to em Kimmy! I MySpaced her ass, but she still hasn't written me. Still love her.

Judge Larry Seidlin offered Howard K. Stern two private jets to take him back to the Bahamas to be with Dannielynn Hope. Court has ended for the day, but Howard must be back for a full day tomorrow. Howard was on the stand all day to determine who will get Anna Nicole Smith's body. Howard told the court that he didn't think Anna was going to die and he didn't think she thought so either. He also said that Anna's mother, Vergie Arthur, thought Anna and him purposely offed Daniel. He also said that she wanted to be buried next to Marilyn Monroe, but it was too expensive. She instead has a plot next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas. During recess, Larry Birkhead's lawyer gave Howard a subponea for his DNA in another case to figure out who Danni's father is. Howard will be back to test his acting muscles yet again. They better hurry fast, because apparently Anna's body is deteorating quicker than normal.

Larry Birkhead arrived with an unidentified woman to a Ft. Lauderdale courtroom this morning to determine what will happen to Anna Nicole Smith's body. Howard K. Stern and Vergie Arthur are also in court. The surprise guest of the morning was Anna's father, Don Hogan. The hearing is currently going down and I guess a judge asked Howard to spell his daughter's name. BREAKING! Hopefully a judge will do what's best and let Anna be bured with her son. I mean, why shouldn't she? We'll see what happens in a bit. Larry's kind of hot. Ewww, that grossed me out. UPDATE - Birkhead's lawyer, Debri Opi just called Howard a "killer." She's awesome. She blamed Howard for "killing" ANS.
