The whole Anna Nicole Smith soap opera has had everything....shady characters, different baby daddies, crackheads, flaming fags....and now it has terminal illness! A friend of Anna Nicole Smith claims that she suffered from lupus. Frank Rodriguez, Anna's longtime friend thinks that she possibly died from the terminal disease. he tells ET tonight the shocking-bombshell-ultra-exclusive-news. Frank said that Anna revealed this to him a couple of years ago. He said, "Her whole body would ache. She would just shut down, basically; she would sleep for days. It was frightening at times, the seizures. She went into seizures a lot. She'd black out a lot of the times. She pulled me aside and she told me that she was on medication for it. She told me her condition." Frank said that he came forward and dropped the news for money, because he thinks the public should know that she didn't die from drugs. He said, "I mean, she's gone and I don't like what I hear about her. I don't want people to remember her for what they say -- that she was a drug addict. It angers me. It really, really upsets me." Frank doesn't know if Howard K. Stern knows since he doesn't really talk to him. Ugh! Here we go. Please, this isn't true. Did she have lupus? Maybe. Did she die from it? Probably not and wouldn't this have come up way earlier? This whole thing is bringing out hos that just want the camera on them for a quick 15. He should probably be telling the medical examiner this and not ET.

Larry Birkhead traveled to the Bahamas to meet Dannielynn Hope for the first time. Larry let Bravo (of course) film the meeting and part of it aired on "The Today Show" this morning. Larry fed Danni and burped her. He spoke openly about his relationship with Anna Nicole Smith and her pregnancy. He said that soon after Anna told him she was pregnant, she left Los Angeles and set-up in the Bahamas with Howard K. Stern. Larry said, "They were kind of low-res pictures that [Smith and Stern] sent out to different outlets to see if they were interested in them, and they were so small that I couldn't see. But even in that small form, I knew when I looked at them, I knew. I said, 'She's mine. That's my baby. She looks like me – she is mine.' And there was not a doubt." Larry will continue to fight to prove that he's Danni's true father and if it's revealed to be true, he will fight for custody.

TMZ is reporting that attorneys for Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead are currently in negotiations regarding the paternity of Dannielynn Hope. There are rumors that Larry's attorneys used a cup that Howard drank from during court last week to test his DNA which might have proved Larry was the true father. This could be the reason for settlement negotations. Sources say Howard could be trying to settle with Larry, giving him what he needs for custody but making sure Howard still gets his dough and control's ANS's estate. Testing a drinking cup? Those sneaky snakes! I remember seeing that on TV and thinking how stupid Howard was for just keeping his cup there. Shouldn't he be all on that if he doesn't want it revealed that Dani's not his?

Sandi Powledge was apparently Anna Nicole Smith's longtime girlfriend before she became famous by marrying a rich corpse. Sandi, like everybody else, has come out (again) to speak about the death of her dear ex-lover.

They met in a gay bar in northwest Harris County in 1991 and would become lovers. It was an exhilarating time, one that Powledge, now 46, remembers fondly, even as she mourns the death of the woman she once loved. Powledge's recollections evoke a picture of a woman far more vulnerable and human than Smith ever let on during her moments in the public eye. "I don't know if she ever believed anyone really loved her," Powledge said sadly, recalling her tumultuous relationship with the famous model and TV star during a recent interview in the small northeast Texas town of Winnsboro. "She was just hungry for love, hungry for approval — just like a bucket with a hole in the bottom." "I feel a lot of guilt that I wasn't there," said Powledge, with tears streaming down her face. "You think even though you don't talk, you can always have a time to make things right. ... You always think there's time. "She was a kind, loving, caring person who didn't know how to handle what happened to her. When I look back, I'm going to remember how she was with me. ... I've got a lot of great memories."

Kimmie speaks on "The Insider" tonight and tells her side of the story or something. She also officially shoots down a website that was put up in her name. Poor Kimmie. I feel for her. I just want to put my arms around her, reach for some scissors and give her hair some body with layers. Oh and some highlights wouldn't hurt either. You know, frame the face.

That crying judge already awarded Anna Nicole Smith's remains to Dannielynn Hope's court-appointed guardian, but that's not good enough for Virgie Arthur. The guardian decided to let Anna be buried with her son in the Bahamas. Virgie wants Anna in Texas. Virgie filed papers today asking for the judge's decision to be overturned. The documents state that "as natural mother and next of kin" of Anna, she is "entitled to make the decision regarding where [she], her child, is to be buried." Let it go! It's ok to lose Virgie. Besides Anna was closer to her son than her mother, so this makes sense. Virgie just needs to go back to Texas and sell more stories about her daughter!

Earlier this week a website came up claiming to be that of Anna Nicole Smith's former assistant, Kimberly Walther. Kimmie has denied that she has anything to do with that website. She's kept quiet, but not anymore. Tonight on The Insider she will finally talk! She has come forward to speak to The Insider, because of the fake website that came up saying bad things about Howard K. Stern. She said this about Daniel, "He loved stand-up comedy and was just an amazing kid. In May of last year, he called to tell me that he got his driver's license. He never seemed depressed, unhappy." Judge Larry Seidlin ruled today that Richard Milstein get custody of Anna Nicole Smith's remains. Richard is the legal guardian of Dannielynn Hope. Judge Larry cried while he read his verdict. He recommends that ANS should be buried next to her son. Damn, he's a drama queen! Get professional! That was a good decision.

Howard K. Stern told the court today that Anna Nicole Smith paid his way. She paid for travel expenses, rent, meals, you name it. He says he made "$60,000 - $70,000" in 2002 and had to borrow money from his parents to pay his way currently. He also confessed that he stands to make 6% of Anna's share of J. Howard Marshall's estate. He also spoke about Anna's drug use. He said that she took medication for depression and said, "It's not like Anna was medicated all the time. It's not like she couldn't talk." Um...she couldn't! Have you seen the videos? She needs a damn translator! Basically, he talks about forgery and other boring stuff. Seriously, The CW needs to just buy this whole court thing and air it. My head spins just watching clips of it. Basically we know Howard is a liar, he's crazy and he's pretty pathetic. I sort of feel sorry for him. Sort of.

Anna Nicole Smith's mother, Vergie Arthur, has taken the stand this morning in the battle for ANS's body. She said that Howard K. Stern is the only one making money off of her daughter. She said that Entertainment Tonight has reportedly funeral rights for a whopping $1 million. Vergie also said that she has a bond with Larry Birkhead and believes in her heart that he's the father of Dannielynn Hope. Judge Larry Seidlin made the quote of the century when he said, "There's no circus here, my friend." HAHHA! Yeah he wishes. That circus is just missing a showgirl on a pony! The players of the case are currently at the medical examiner's office during lunch recess to see ANS's body. What a lovely lunch. Judge Larry promises a decision on Friday.
