Today, a judge in Los Angeles declared Dannielynn Hope the sole heir of Anna Nicole Smith's estate. Howard K. Stern filed papers last October to clarify Anna's 2001 will. He wanted to make sure DanniHope was the sole heir, because that was Anna's wish.

Howie's lawyer said, "We and Mr. Stern always believed that Anna Nicole never intended to disinherit her daughter. I'm pleased to say this chapter in the saga is closed."

A trust was also set up for DanniHope with Larry Birkhead and Howard serving as co-trustees. Gay lovers!

DanniHope could inherit millions upon millions from the fortune of her mother's late husband. That whole drama is still tied up in the courts.

How the hell is Howie going to get his hands on the money now? Good going Howie. He's probably thinking he's going to marry Danni in 17 years. Well, he probably is thinking about it.

I hope Danni inherits all that money from her mommy's husband and takes Larry to get his hair done. Those frosted highlights expired a long time ago. It's time to throw away the frost cap, Larry.

Dannielynn Hope is about to go under the knife to get her cross-eyed fixed and Larry Birkhead has already promised to not allow cameras in. What's a promise?A promise is just an opportunity for a lie in Hollywood. Page Six reports that Larry has already agreed to let The Insider and Entertainment Tonight into the hospital while DanniHope has her operation. He will reportedly take home $250,000.

Larry Birkhead denies this....well sort of. He said, "I don't mind letting the world know how she is when she's done, but no cameras will be there during the surgery. The only reason I spoke about it to begin with was because people blamed Anna's medications when, in fact, it's genetic."

So he's only bringing cameras into the hospital after the surgery? Great, just what Danni needs. A fucking camera in her face while she's waking up from surgery. Oh Larry! You are seriously the greatest father the world has ever known. How is that we as humans have not devoted a whole country to you called "Fatherland" where you, King Father, can rule over the world's children? You really are a gift.

I can't wait for the next DanniHope chapters on The Insider. I'm guessing, "Danni's First Poo On Her Own" and "Danni's First Period" are next. I hope that "Danni's First Beat Down On Her Daddy After She Finds Out He's Been Putting Her Life On Camera" is after that.

...The doll or Bindi Irwin. It's mostly her hair. Crimped pigtails? She looks straight out of Kids Incorporated and the last time I checked the year was 2008 not 1988. Although, Stacy Ferguson's crimped hair was really hot in Kids Inc. I really want to like Bindi, but she scares the hell out of me. The rapping she did on "Today" was all sorts of creepy and now this doll. I blame her mother. What her mother needs to do is take her back to Australia and give this chick a normal childhood. If not, she's going to be all sorts of fucked up when she gets older.

The doll has a recording of Bindi telling people to protect wildlife. At least it doesn't say, "I don't like you." That would give me a heart attack.

Yet another person has come forward and claimed Larry Birkhead prefers the pole to the hole. Anna Nicole Smith's former bodyguard, Big Moe, said Anna basically chose Larry as her baby daddy, because of the way he looked. He said Larry was nothing but a sperm donor.

Big Moe told Access Hollywood, "Anybody that's been around Anna, they would know that Larry wouldn't be her type. First of all, she liked men that was wealthy, I mean that's no secret." He said that Anna knew because of Larry's "lifestyle" there relationship would be nothing but an arrangement.

Big Moe said, "Well, she told me that, you know, he was a homosexual. She knew deep down that he didn't want to be with her." Big Moe is also upset with Larry using Dannielynn Hope to make money. He talked about Larry having pictures taken for a tabloid magazine at Anna's gravesite. "I thought that was very disgusting, I thought it was staged. I do believe he loves his daughter, but the thing is, when he comes on TV and he parades her off, it seems like it's like a laugh in Anna's face. Like, 'Ha! I got her anyway!’"

Larry has denied his homoness many times. It would make sense. I don't know if Larry's gay, but his hair certainly is.

Today is the first anniversary of the death of Anna Nicole Smith. Larry Birkhead paid tribute to her by leaving this message on his website.

"Anna Nicole Smith I LOVE YOU AND HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF OUR BEAUTIFUL BABY GIRL. PLEASE WATCH OVER US AND GUIDE US ON OUR JOURNEY THROUGH LIFE. WE MISS YOU.

CAPS!!!! I get your point Larry. He didn't stop there though. Larry will also be on ET tonight where he will talk about whatever he needs to talk about in order to stay relevant. He will bring the cameras into Anna's Bahamas home as he shows Dannielynn her nursery. He tells Danni on camera, "Mommy used to rock you right here. She used to rock you right here, 'til you fell asleep." All on camera, of course.

Not to be outdone by Larry, Howard K. Stern gave a statement to ET:

"Today is extremely difficult for those of us who were close to Anna Nicole, and we ask that the media please respect our privacy. In memory of Anna Nicole and her son Daniel, we have created the Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith Charitable Foundation. It will benefit charitable causes that Anna Nicole supported during her life: children, the elderly, and the treatment and cure of AIDS. Hopefully it will grow, help more people each year, and eventually be headed by her daughter Dannielynn. All donations through February 2008 will benefit a charity in the Bahamas for underprivileged and at risk youths that Anna Nicole wanted to help."

Respect his privacy? Oh come on Howie, now you're just lying. I'm sure statements from Virgie Arthur, Bobby Trendy and whoever else knew Anna for ten seconds will follow. The only statement I care about is Sugarpie's!

Virgie Arthur has accused Howie K. Stern of trying to profit from the death of Anna Nicole and Daniel Smith. Now it looks like Virgie is the scum calling the scum...scummier? Fix that joke for me, will you? I haven't finished my first cup of coffee yet. Anyway, Page Six reports that Virgie started selling pics quickly after the death of her daughter and grandson.

An e-mail was sent out to several entertainment shows promising pics of Virgie at Daniel's memorial. The e-mail read, "She'll go to the Bahamas if you want . . . She would like to visit the grave, and it would make pretty emotive pix of her doing so."

A source said, "[Arthur] started hustling right after her grandson died . . . She started hawking exclusive access to her own memorial in Mexia for Daniel . . . She's hunting media deals within days of her grandson's demise, while accusing [Anna Nicole's lawyer-turned-lover Howard K.] Stern of mopping up the money."

It seems that the only thing that cared about Anna was Kimmie and Sugar Pie. That just goes to show you, you can only trust purple-haired lesbians and mangy mutts! Take note Brit Brit.

The inquest into the death of Daniel Smith is underway again in the Bahamas. Yesterday, a friend of Anna Nicole's testified that Howard K. Stern took several pictures of Daniel's body. G. Ben Thompson said Howard said the "pictures might be worth something one day." He also said that Howard took the pics to also prove to Anna that Daniel had really passed away.

Howard's attorney said that G. Ben made the claims on Geraldo last year. Howard's attorney think G. Ben said those things, because the two are currently fighting over Anna's mansion in the Bahamas. G. Ben loaned Anna the money to buy the place, but she never paid him back.

I think I remember something about photos of Daniel out there with Anna. I believe it. Howard is not right in the brains. I'm sure he has a few things he could sell and someone out there will buy that garbage. If Howie ever tires of his full-time job as a creep, he could get a job as a pap photographer. Something tells me he would be awesome at that.

In the complaint, Arthur contends that Stern conspired with Smith to make defamatory comments about her. The lawsuit, a copy of which you'll find below, was filed Tuesday in Harris County District Court in Texas.

 

Arthur alleges that Stern "influenced and controlled" Smith by providing her with prescription drugs, some of which were "obtained illegally" in Stern's name. Arthur's complaint also describes Stern as a "manipulative, deceitful, and dangerous person" and "not the type of man who was likely to have been selected by her daughter as a sexual partner." Arthur also noted that she knew that Stern's claim to be the father of Smith's daughter Dannielynn was "highly unlikely because of the type of person Stern is."

 

In addition to Stern, Arthur is suing CBS Studios, which produces Entertainment Tonight, and a Houston TV affiliate which aired the allegedly defamatory comments last November. Arthur's lawsuit does not specify monetary damages.
