Just Get It Over With!
Nicole Richie's DUI trial begins tomorrow after being pushed back twice. TMZ reports that Nicole's attorney was in court again today to try and get a new date. Nico's lawyer wants an early August start date, because her expert witness can't testify until then. This "expert witness" is Dr. McGee, a recognized expert drug tester.
If convicted of her second DUI, Nicole could face a minimum of 5-days in the slammer.
Why would this ho need an expert drug tester? Didn't she admit to taking Vicodin and smoking a little weed. Just get it over with Nicole!
And how many times is she allowed to postpone. I can't postpone my effin jury dury without getting lip from some bitch ass court clerk!
UPDATE - TMZ reports that a judge denied her ass and she's due in L.A. court at 8:30am tomorrow. TMZ reports that Nicol is currently in Calgary with DoucheDouche Madden. Bitch better ring up JetBlue for the Red Eye STAT!

Nicole Richie Is Doing Exactly What She Should Be Doing
Lionel Richie says that his daughter, Nicole Richie, keeps apologizing to him for all her issues including facing DUI charges and jail time. Lionel doesn't think it's that big of a deal. He said, "I told her, 'You're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing to your father at this age.'"
"She's just in an unfortunate situation."
Ok, so when we're in our 20s we're supposed to be getting arrested and driving under the influence? It's not like her ass is 16.
Lionel also said that he doesn't know if Nicole is knocked up. Sounds like they have a really close relationship.
Oh and the above picture is from 20 years ago, but I'm sure Nicole can still fit in that same swimming suit!

Girl Fight, Take Two
Star of "The Hills" Spencer Pratt has told InTouch Weekly that he got into a little bitch fight with Joel Madden yesterday afternoon at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Spencer claims that Douche Madden came over to his table, where he was lunching with Heidi and her new tits, and said to him "You've been talking shit about my girl!" That's when it went down and Douche Madden and his allegedly knocked up twinkie, Nicole Richie, had to be escorted out of the hotel.
Spencer said, "It all stems from an interview in Details ages ago where I was misquoted, calling Nicole a skinny bitch. It's all a misunderstanding. I've always thought she's a really nice girl and I wouldn't call her that."
Joel is such a gentleman sticking up for his lady love. I love a good ole' fashioned douche fight.

12 Weeks And They Already Know The Sex?
Star Magazine claims that Nicole Richie is having a baby boy. It has been reported that Nicole is 12-weeks knocked up with Joel Madden's baby. 2 weeks ago Nicole and Joel were spotted buying thousands of dollars woth of "boy stuff" at Bel Bambini.
A source said, “I asked them if they were shopping for a friend and they said, no. It was obvious they were buying for themselves. When they got to the register, Nicole whispered to Joel, ‘Wait till my dad finds out.’ She was giddy the entire time, and you could tell she was excited to be there.”
Ok, so that means she was 10-weeks knocked up and already knew what she was having. Isn't the baby like a lima bean at 10-weeks? How the hell did they see a dick?
She's probably just working on a new look and those clothes were for her. I mean she can fit in them.

DUH!
Several media outlets have sworn up and down that Nicole Richie is knocked up. Add TMZ to that list. They are confirming her pregnancy through various sources. Nicole or Douche Madden have yet to comment. There's also rumors that the pair will get married this Summer.
Nicole faces DUI charges on July 11th and if convicted could spend 5 days in the slammer.
Nicole's rep of course would not comment.
I mean would should just confirm or deny it already. FUCK. She loves the attention. I mean, if it's true, just say it. She should also talk to Guinness, because that baby will be the smallest baby ever. Like the size of a lima bean.

Covering The Bloat
Nicole Richie loves to keep us guessing, doesn't she? At LAX last week she made sure to use her pillow to cover her belly, because of the rumors that she's knocked up with Douche Madden's baby. I don't know if I buy it. If she's trying to make us think she's knocked up, she should put the pillow on the other side. Genius.

Nicole Richie Shops For A Wedding Dress
24/Sizzler is reporting that Nicole Richie is wedding dress shopping for a possible upcoming ceremony to the King of Douches, Joel Madden. Nicole also might be pregnant and that may be the reason for a rushed wedding. You know, so her kid isn't a bastard.
She's apparently asking several stylists to help her in finding the perfect dress.
Is she trying the children's department at JcPenney's, because how the hell is she going to find a dress small enough. She's totally going to wear a little girl's communion dress.

Throw The Book At Her!
Nicole Richie's trial date has been moved to July 11th. This means the trial could start then or within the following 10 days. She already pleaded "not guilty" to driving under the influence after she was arrested on suspicion of DUI when she was caught driving on the wrong side of the highway. She admitted to have smoked some pot and taken a little Vicodin.
Homegirl has one DUI conviction from 2003. According to CA law if a bitch is convicted twice for DUI within 10 years they can get up to 90 days and 1 year in the slammer.
I say throw the book at her ass! Actually, don't do that because the force of a small paperback could probably kill her ass. I can't have her death on my conscience. Ok, throw the post-it at her!

Nicole Thinks She's Better Than Paris
Nicole Richie has decided she doesn't want to spend time in the slammer. TMZ reports that her lawyer said they will fight her charge. A trial has been set for July 11.
This is her second DUI. If she's convicted then she faces as little as 5 days up to a year in prison.
Didn't she just say she was ready to face the consequences and take responsibility for what she did? LIAR!! The bitch should get a year! Driving the wrong way on the freeway is way worse than what Paris did. Bitch shouldn't have any worries, if she does go to jail her boney ass could easily fit through the bars and escape.
