Brandy's Dreadful Eyebrow Situation

In this promo picture for her new Vh1 reality show, Brandy's eyebrows look like an arched cat in heat. She needs to take a q-tip to those things and ease their itch. And by ease their itch, I mean wipe some of her brow pencil off.

They also look like they are trying to kiss her baby hairs. That really isn't right and is all kinds of inappropriate (said in a judgmental Carrie Prejean voice). Grown ass eyebrows should not be trying to cavort with baby hairs. Brandy better check her brows before they end up on some government list.

Brandy Is Off The Hook

 
Brandy will not be facing charges for vehicular manslaughter. The L.A. City Attorney came to the decision to not file any charges. Today was their deadline. The accident happened about one year ago when Brandy's car hit the car in front of her. The woman in the car, Awatef Aboudihaj, died. TMZ reported earlier that sources claim Awatef hit the car in front of her and that's how she died.
 
It really doesn't matter now I guess since Brandy is in the clear.
 
The woman's parents and husband are currently suing Brandy for millions.
 
Well that's that. Now that it's over Brandy needs to get back to work and put together a "Thea" reunion. I don't know why, but I really loved that shitty show.

Not At Fault?

 
The L.A. City Attorney has until Friday to file vehicular manslaughter charges against Brandy for a fatal car accident she was involved in. TMZ reports that they haven't filed yet, because they have to prove Brandy was negligent and that could be impossible. CHP sources say that the woman who died, Awatef Aboudihaj, actually struck a car in front of her before Brandy even touched her car. Brandy was going 65mph and the sudden stop by Awatef may have caused Brandy to crash into her. Awatef Aboudihaj also had small traces of marijuana in her system at the time of the crash. 
 
Brandy is being sued by the family and husband of Awatef. 
 
Confusing! This is why I always stay like 10 miles behind the car in front of me. People always make fun of my ass for doing this, but you never know when some person is going to slam their damn brakes for whatever reason.
 
That being said, Brandy needs wig help BAD!

Brandy Has No Business Partying!

 
At least that's what the husband of the woman who died in a car accident involving Brandy thinks. The lawyer for Marquane Hdidou told TMZ that his client is extremely upset that he opens up magazines and sees Brandy partying while he's mourning the death of his wife. 
 
A judge also allowed Marquane Hdidou, his wife's two kids from a previous marriage, her parents and a woman also involved in the car accident to combine their lawsuits into one. They are seeking cash from Brandy. They will all meet up in court this January. No criminal charges have been filed against 10-head.
 
Marquane should spend less time reading InTouch Weekly and more time crying and mourning his wife or whatever. He seriously expects Brandy to lay down and cry at home? He needs to get off the damn cross. He'll get his money, he just has to be patient and hope Brandy gets another job soon.

To Prosecute Or Not To Prosecute

 
According to TMZ prosecutors in Los Angeles are torn on whether or not to prosecute Brandy for a fatal car accident she caused last December.
 
A woman was killed when Brandy rear-ended another car on the highway in her Range Rover triggering a multi-car accident. Investigators are trying to find out how fast she was going and if she braked before hitting the car in front of her.
 
The charge is said to be manslaughter.  
 
Brandy is already get sued by the woman's family and husband.
 
I don't know how I feel about this mess. Part of me thinks it was an accident and she should let go. But another part of me thinks why the hell did she rear-end a car in front of her? Maybe she's just a shit driver, but should she go to jail for that?
 
Now if it was me that caused the accident I'd be getting a train run on me by every dude in whatever jail I was in. Trust that. Celebrities are special.

Total Joke?

 
UsWeekly claims that Jennifer Aniston has branded Brangelina a "total joke." Sources close to Jen say that she hasn't spoken to her ex-husband in a long time and isn't rushing to do so.
 
The source said, “Jen considered herself divorced when she and Brad were separated and couldn’t care less what happened after that,” says a source, adding that “Jen is not angry over the new revelation and thinks Shiloh is a cute baby.”
 
“Brad and Angelina are totally a joke to her!"
 
Riddle me this! What's the bigger joke: Brangelina or Aniston's career?! Not sure.
 
Speaking of jokes, WTF is up with Brad's wax statute?! I know Bradley has a road across his face, but they went overboard with that. That being said, I'd still hit the wax statue. Hey, the dick would never go limp!

She's Got Nothing to Smile About

 
The husband of a woman that was killed in a car accident involving Brandy has sued her ass. The woman's parents are already seeking $50 million from Brandy.
 
The accident happened in December and the victim's family is blaming Brandy. They believe she was going too fast on the 405 freeway which caused the death of Awatef Aboudihaj.
 
The husband says that because of his wife's death he has "forever been deprived the support and maintenance, services, guidance, companionship, comfort, affection, solace, moral support, society, care, love, consortium and other benefits."
 
The amount he's seeking is unknown.
 
Brandy doesn't have $50 million. I'm sure she barely has $5 million if that. It's sad that a woman died, but they think that because she's a celebrity she's got cash. I've got news, Brandy doesn't have a dime! Can't you tell from her wig selection.
 
I mean homegirl apologized. It was an accident and it's like she was on drugs or drunk. 
 
She was recently fired from her job on "America's Got Talent."

Give Me a Break

Black civil rights leaders in Los Angeles think that the CHP is making an example out of Brandy. In case you fell asleep at the wheel and smashed into a Toyota Corolla, Brandy was involved in a fatal car crash last December and the CHP has recommended she be charged with manslaughter.

Najee Ali, leader of Project Islamic HOPE said, "the CHP is unfairly targeting her for prosecution because of her celebrity." Najee is putting together an e-mail campaign urging other black civil rights leaders to put pressure on the L.A. attorney to not pursue charges against Brandy.

First of all, there haven't been any charges. Second of all, even if there are charges I doubt her ass will be found guilty. It's not a black thing, it's a celebrity. She WON'T go to jail, because she is a celebrity. Trust me, if it was me or you we'd be bent over a stainless steel sink taking it from some convict named Bubba. Hey, that don't sound half bad.

Don't Drop the Soap Brandy!

Last week, it was reported that Brandy was involved in a fatal car accident. The CHP has concluded their investigation in the December 30th crash and are recommending that Brandy be charged with a misdemeanor count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence. DAMN! They aren't joking. Our little Moesha is going to the clink?

The CHP made its recommendation this morning to the L.A. City Attorney's office. The L.A. City office will investigate and decide if they are going to charge her ass. Brandy could face up to 1 year in jail.

A CHP rep said, "We know that Brandy's at fault for the chain reaction of the collision."

Please, they aren't going to do a damn thing! She's gonna write a check and that will be that.
