Cameron Diaz was seen "canoodling" with Djimon Hounsou at Hyde in L.A. on Thursday. Cameron recently broke up with Justin Timberlake and dodged rumors she was dating Kelly Slater. Witnesses say that Cameron and Djimon were all over each other. People reports:

"It looked like the perfect post-Valentine's Day date," a patron tells PEOPLE of the pair, who were with several other friends. "They were totally vibing each other, lip-on-lip action," says the source. "Cameron looked so happy... Djimon followed her every move." Diaz, 34, and Hounsou, 42, hit the dancefloor for Michael Jackson's "Burn This Disco Out" and Gnarls Barkley's version of "Gone Daddy Gone," says the onlooker, adding, "They were dancing really close, bodies pressed together." A rep for Diaz says the pair are just friends. "Cameron was out to dinner with friends, they ran into Djimon and he joined them for a drink at Hyde," says the rep. "They are friends, nothing more." A rep for Hounsou did not return calls for comment.

Gross. He's hot, she's not. He can do a lot better than that pizza face unless he was getting a craving for pepperoni.

Cameron Diaz has accepted a huge settlement from The National Enquirer for publishing a story she said was false. The NE published a story that Cammy was carrying on an affair with a married TV producer. The story from May 2005 said she was making out with a producer from her MTV show "Trippin." The NE said, "The National Enquirer entirely accepts that the allegations were without foundation and ought never to have been published.” It was not reported how much Cameron received. Cameron Diaz was rumored to have told friend's that her new man, Kelly Slater, has a huge dick. Well, Kelly is playing coy and has said the two are just friends. Cameron jetted to Hawaii to be with Kelly shortly after her split with Justin Timberlake went public. Kelly said that Cameron is doing well after getting dumped by Justin and said, "We're just friends." Um...like he's going to really admit that he followed up a romance with Gisele Bundchen with that fug? Oh and I think that big dick story is a total falsity. Doesn't salt water shrink the dick? Cameron Diaz received a $3 Million paycheck for only 6 hours of work. She was hired for a Japanese cell phone commercial. Cameron has done commercials for them in the past, but received the high payment for only this commercial. The ad was shot in Los Angeles last month and show Cameron in a blonde wig, green dress, talking on her cell phone and oblivious to what's going on around her.

Reportedly, after Cameron Diaz's fight with Jessica Biel at the GG Awards she got on a plane the next day and headed to Hawaii to be with pro-surfer Kelly Slater. TMZ reports that the couple had a romantic dinner at Haleiwa Joe's before heading back to Kelly's place to get cozy. Cameron is still there according to sources.

Kelly recently was linked to Gisele Bundchen, but they broke up . He's following the hotness that is Gisele with that mess?! That's karazy!

Justin Timberlake and Cameron Hagface recently broke off their lengthy (in Hollywood) relationship. The two both attended Monday night's Golden Globe Awards, but producers were told to keep them at a distance from each other. There was a reason for that, because at an after-party Cameron blew up at Jessica Biel after she saw her ex flirting with her.

Cameron followed Justin to the roof of the Beverly Hilton where she witnessed him chatting up Jessica. She blew up at Jessica and stormed off. Jessica is currently dating Derek Jeter.

Cameron is just jealous, because Jessica is younger and hotter. Yes, Jessica is built like a robocop, but she's hotter in the face. Cameron needs to get over it and start dating men her own age, like Jack Nicholson!

Even though the news of Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake's break-up hit over a week ago, the two have remained mum on the subject. Today they issued a statement confirming what we already know.

"It has always been our preference not to comment on the status of our relationship, but, out of respect for the time we've spent together, we feel compelled to do so now, in light of recent speculation and the number of inaccurate stories that are being reported by the media. We have, in fact, ended our romantic relationship and have done so mutually and as friends, with continued love and respect for one another."

Boring. Justin is rumored to be dating Scarlett Johansson and Cameron is well...she's rumored to be dating...um...Somebody set her up with a bottle of Proactiv!
