Harvey Weinstein is a looooooong way out of the legal woods (and with his driving record, every tree in said woods are no doubt bracing themselves for impact). Harvey’s lawyers aren’t taking a break any time soon, but they just got even busier, because Rose McGowan has filed a lawsuit against him. Except she’s not suing him for being an alleged monster. It’s more like she’s accusing him of being a smear campaign-running puppet master.

A book about the New York Times investigation of alleged serial rapist, Harvey Weinstein, is coming out and in it is some messy shit about the shady things his lawyers allegedly pulled to cover for him. Namely famed victim rights attorney Lisa Bloom. As a result Rose McGowan is calling for this shifty bitch to be disbarred for her actions.
Rose McGowan Revealed That She Had An Abortion After Her Birth Control Failed
#MeToo activist, actress, and controversy addict Rose McGowan revealed that she had an abortion in a tweet this week. Now, before we jump on Rose’s shaved head and start glaring at her for seemingly publicly thrusting herself into a charged issue that will get her into someone’s newsfeed because that’s her schtick, it should be noted that Rose’s tweet was in support of a pro-choice tweet from feminist group UltraViolet Action. And at least she didn’t turn her hearing aid down to tone deaf and publicly wish she had had an abortion unlike certain OTHER controversy addicts who shouldn’t be allowed to have pets. Ever. Take note, ASPCA. Oh, right, about why Rose got an abortion.
Rose McGowan Has Apologized To The Trans Community
The first person Harvey Weinstein (and Asia Argento probably followed suit) slashed off his Christmas card list after the #MeToo movement reared its necessary head, Rose McGowan, has demonstrated that everybody has shit to learn about everybody else and their experiences. She’s also probably clued herself in that it should probably be done without getting into a screaming match over it in the middle of a Barnes & Noble. In a video for PinkNews, Rose apologized to the trans community for past remarks she’s made about transgender women in comparison to cisgender women, and for a public fight she got into with a transgender woman over it.
Rose McGowan Says She Never Called #MeToo “A Lie” In An Interview
Rose McGowan did an interview with The Sunday Times Magazine where she shat all over Hollywood actresses and the industry at large. She called for a boycott of movies (not sure if she specified which ones or if she just means in general) and compared them to child porn (again, not sure if she specified which movies…).
Asia Argento Got A Tattoo To Commemorate Her Hate Of Rose McGowan
Asia Argento is in the news again, but thankfully not because of any underage boys. It’s underage boys adjacent but not directly related.
You’ll remember that Rose McGowan and Asia bonded over getting allegedly abused by Harvey Weinstein and the #MeToo movement. Then things soured for them when Asia was accused of sexually assaulting an underage boy named Jimmy Bennet. Things continued to get worse between the two of them, with Rose’s partner Rain Dove giving text messages from Asia about the incident to the police. Then Rose really snapped and went ahead and accused Asia of lying, which she was eventually forced to retract.
According to Us Weekly, Asia wasn’t satisfied with the apology since she thinks that Rose’s words affected her career and the allegations of pedophilia which have followed her after all this came to light. And to show us how seriously mad she is, Asia went out and got herself a tattoo to commemorate the moment in her life she was accused of being a pedophile by her bestie. As one does.
