Nicholas Sparks Won The Legal Battle Brought Against By The Ex-Headmaster Of His School
Nicholas Sparks is off the hook for allegedly firing the former headmaster of his Christian School, Epiphany School of Global Studies. Saul Benjamin accused Nicholas of being a homophobic asshole who fired him because Saul thought that “global studies” meant acknowledging gay people exist. But this is that “Zealous Christian Global Studies” so you need to exclude anything referring to any kind of non-Christian religion or lifestyle. Nicholas apologized that you think he hates gays just because he loves Jesus. Clearly he knew that he wasn’t going to be punished for hating the gays, and he absolutely was not. A jury found in favor of Nicholas and decided he doesn’t owe Saul anything.

It was almost five years ago when I first wrote about how the Family Dollar AS IS section version of Danielle Steel named Nicholas Sparks, who dribbled out The Notebook and Nights in Rodanthe, was accused of not really being into anyone who isn’t a WASPy straight. Nicholas was called out in 2014 in a lawsuit as being anti-Semitic, racist, and a homophobe. Well, Nicholas has been called out again for refusing to let students start an LGBTQ club at the prep school he co-founded.
You know, for being a gay hater, Nicholas Sparks sure is comfortable with putting his hands in his pockets (see: above), which we all know is one of the gayest things you can do, because it puts your hands closer to a peen. GAY! GAY! GAY!
Nicholas Sparks Called Out As An Anti-Semetic, Racist Homophobe In A Lawsuit
Nicholas Sparks, the bestselling author of The Notebook who has made millions writing about the struggles of pretty straight white people in the south, has been labeled a bigot by the former headmaster of a school he and his wife Catherine founded and funded. Saul Hillel Benjamin claims that Nicholas Sparks’ biggest crime isn’t writing Nights in Rodanthe (yes, I just publicly admitted to reading it), it’s being a gay-hating, racist anti-Semite.
Saul said he started running the Epiphany School for Global Studies in North Carolina in 2006. He also worked for The Nicholas Sparks Foundation. The Guardian says that in a 47-page complaint, Saul accuses Nicholas Sparks of discriminating against students among other things. Saul says that 2 out of 514 students at the school were black and when he complained to Nicholas about it, Nicholas shat this out: “Black students are too poor and can’t do the academic work.” Nicholas chewed him a new asshole when Saul met with members of the NAACP to introduce the school to black parents whose kids might’ve applied if they felt welcomed. The lawsuit also alleges that when Nicholas found out that a group of students were planning a “homo-caust” (side note: THE FUCK?!) against bullied gay students, he gave it his gold seal of approval.
