Mo’Nique Has Accused Oprah Of Making Her Life “Harder”
Mo’Nique has been speaking out against Oprah for a while now. Mo’Nique has accused Oprah of behind-the-scenes shadiness and helping Lee Daniels blackball her from Hollywood. And she’s talked a lot about how Oprah screwed her over financially and also personally. Well, Mo’Nique is going after Oprah again, this time over her Russell Simmons documentary, by writing a long-winded open letter.
Mo’Nique Is Suing Netflix For Discrimination
TMZ says Mo’Nique is legally going after Netflix. After they low-balled her, offering a measly $500,000 for a Netflix comedy special, she called for a boycott of their organization citing racism and discrimination and such. Well, she’s not just whining about it on The View, she’s taking it to the courts and has sued Netflix for what she calls systemic discrimination. Considering the influence they have on society, Netflix has a lot to answer for.
Mo’Nique Is Finally Revealing The Real Reason Behind Her Feud With Oprah
For the past few years Mo’Nique has been waging a war against Oprah Winfrey, Lee Daniels and Tyler Perry for allegedly being blackballed in Hollywood after winning an Oscar for Precious. During her sold out Kiss My Ass! tour, she accused Lee and Tyler of treating her poorly and snatching roles away because she’s difficult to work with. But she has remained consistent with her story, telling anyone who wants to listen how she was wronged by the Holy Trinity of Black Hollywood. And although many believed her beef with Oprah stemmed from how she’s been mistreated after speaking her mind, she’s finally revealed that the basis of her anger comes from an interview Oprah did with her conniving family back in 2010.

Mo’Nique is still talking about her epic failure of a deal with Netflix as well as her ongoing feud with Hollywood heavyweights Tyler Perry, Lee Daniels and Oprah Winfrey. And it’s been a while since she’s had an opportunity to speak on it once again, but on yesterday’s episode of Steve, she sat down (without her boxing gloves thanks goodness) with Steve Harvey to keep the party going with her continuous “Don’t nobody like me!” routine.

The Jasmine Brand reports that, during an appearance on Steve Harvey’s talk show, Oscar-winning comedian Mo’Nique allegedly got so irritated by the host that she threatened to hit him. We might share a surname but I feel no loyalty. That dude has been inherently slappable for a lifetime now.
Mo’Nique Responds To Lee Daniels’ Recent Request That She “Shut Up”
Mo’Nique has been battling with her Precious director Lee Daniels for about three years now. She’s claimed she was blackballed from Hollywood by Lee Daniels for not “playing the game” (ie. Oscar campaigning and press). Lee slapped back by saying she had too many “demands.” Mo’Nique later amended her blackballing complaint to include Oprah and Tyler Perry. And she’s pretty much kept the same “Fuck Lee Daniels” stance ever since.
Lee recently brought up his arch nemesis in conversation, and he only had shady things to say. Because Mo’Nique was quick to grab the camera, clear her throat, and say, “Hey my loves,” before tearing into Lee once again.
