Talk About Rude, Michelle Williams Got Married To Her Man Phil Elverum Earlier This Month And Didn’t Tell Us
Not only did Michelle Williams rudely keep the news of her wedding to herself, but she also kept the news of her boyfriend to herself. The hell kind of GD celebrity is she? Doesn’t she know that as a celebrity she’s got to allude to dating a new dude by putting emoji hearts in the comments of one of his Instagram posts, and she’s supposed to post an up-close picture of her diamond ring a second after getting engaged, and do a sponsored IG story devoted to the Flat Tummy Tea cake she served at her wedding reception? Michelle Williams isn’t even on Instagram. So I don’t know why she’s even on the cover of Vanity Fair. I thought Vanity Fair only put celebrities on the cover. Michelle Williams should really be on the cover of Vanity Not Fair for not sharing every detail with us. For shame.
Fosse! Fosse! Fosse! Sam Rockwell And Michelle Williams Are Set To Star In A FX Limited Series With Lin-Manuel Miranda Producing
Jazz hands up, toes down! Sam “I always feel like somebody’s watching me” Rockwell and the other Michelle Williams are set to star in an FX limited series about dance legends Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon. Geeks like me rejoice! Only, can these two even dance? Variety reports that Lin-Manuel Miranda will be an executive producer and the first episode will be directed by LMM frequent collaborator Thomas Kail (also producing) who’s directed productions of “Hamilton” for the stage, as well as Grease Live! on Fox. The show, which is going by the title Fosse/Verdon for now, will be based on the book Fosse which I read because I can’t touch a hat without sliding my fingers across the brim back and forth. Yes, even ball caps.
Michelle Williams Is Getting Married
Earlier today, Michelle Williams (the Destiny’s Child one) hopped announced on Instagram that on March 21st, her boyfriend Chad Johnson (not the Ochocinco one) popped the question. How kind of Michelle Williams to wait until after Beyoncé’s big day before announcing her engagement. I know everyone makes Poor Michelle jokes, but it’s obvious that Michelle wasn’t being ignored all those years; she’s just a selfless soul who doesn’t attempt to upstage others.
Michelle shared a gallery of engagement pictures on Instagram, and wrote:
“On March 21, 2018, the love of my life @chadjohnson77 proposed and I said ‘Yesssssssss…..I will, I will, I will!!!'”
Chad, who is a pastor, proposed on vacation with a ring he’d been saving up eleven years for. Please note: Chad and Michelle have only been dating for about a year. Chad says he started saving after turning 30 and feeling “so lonely.” So he put $150 a month into a ring account to be used for his future fiancée.
Michelle doesn’t say when the wedding will be, or if any of Destiny’s Children will be her bridesmaids. But you know Beyoncé will be invited, which will no doubt make things awkward for God up in heaven that day. “My faithful servant Chad, blessings be to you on your – OMG is that Beyoncé in the front row?! Jesus, get over here and look!”
