Kanye West Is Working On A Super-Secret Project In Japan Right Now
Kanye West has been laying a little lower than usual over the past couple months. He’s been MIA from Kim Kardashian’s social media feed (although that could be because there just isn’t enough room for him between the selfies and apologies). Page Six says Kanye is hiding out in Japan at the moment. I wish I could say he’s there doing car commercials, but it’s not nearly that exciting or glamorous.

Drake Might Have Come For Kid Cudi’s Mental Health In A Song
It didn’t take long after Kid Cudi accused Drake and Kanye West of using ghostwriters for both of them to angrily slap back. Both Kanye and Drake addressed Kid Cudi’s accusations while performing during concerts on their respective tours. About a week later, Kanye took back what he said and extended an olive branch to his “brother” Kid Cudi. Drake, on the other hand, clearly had more to say. And in a pretty un-Canadian move, it sounds like Drake did it by taking a subtle jab at Kid Cudi’s mental health situation.
Kid Cudi Has Checked Himself Into Rehab For Depression And Suicidal Urges
Last night, Kid Cudi – the rapper you might associate with accusing Kanye West and Drake of getting the smart kids to do their homework – posted a long note to Facebook that began with him telling everyone that he was “ashamed” and “living a lie.” I immediately assumed I was about to read Kid’s confession that he’s actually a 56-year-old man and would now be going by Middle-Aged Cudi. I should have known it was going to be far heavier than that. Kid Cudi was “ashamed” to admit that he was fighting a deep, dark battle with depression and that he was currently checked into rehab.
Kanye West Doesn’t Hate Kid Cudi Anymore
When Kid Cudi called out Kanye West and Drake last week on Twitter for maybe passing their lyric-writing duties off on other people, I prepared for a months-long tornado powered by Kanye’s anger. After all, if he and Taylor Swift were willing to start a war over something as petty as song lyrics, who knew what mess would be born from alleging that those lyrics came from someone else’s brain? Both Kanye and Drake scratched back at Kid Cudi a bit, but it appears that’s about as far as their fight is going to go, at least for Kanye.
Kanye West And Drake Slapped Back At Kid Cudi For Accusing Them Of Using A Team Of Writers

I’m pointing this out, because after what happened between Kid Cudi, Kanye West, and Drake on Twitter last night has probably killed any chance that Kid Cudi will ever be on the same stage as a smiling Kanye West ever again. Although I feel like neither of them are dabbing at tears with their hankies over that thought.
