The legendary Geena Davis has written a biography, entitled, Dying of Politeness: A Memoir. Let me get this straight: overly polite, gorgeous, and a working actress since 1982? Obviously, 66-year-old Geena has enough horrifying #MeToo tales to fill a book. And that’s exactly what she did. Last week, Geena jumped on the Bill Murray Is A Creepy Prick bandwagon when she accused the actor of inappropriately using a massage device on her while making their 1990 film Quick Change. Then, this week, in an interview with The New Yorker, Geena revealed that her Tootsie co-star, Dustin Hoffman, gave her some advice on how to shut down Jack Nicholson’s sexual advances. Awww, good for Dustin! It’s always encouraging to hear about a male ally who– wait, you say 85-year-old Dustin Hoffman has also been accused of sexual harassment? Goddammit.

Spooky season is in full swing! Creepy ghosts, evil witches, horrifying murderers, and mysterious overnight tree trimmers. Maybe you haven’t heard of that last one, but, believe me, they’re out there! People reports that some dude is walking around a Fort Worth, Texas neighborhood at 3:00 AM, and randomly pruning peoples’ trees. The residents call this guy Edward Scissorhands, and while he’s probably not as nefarious as the real-life Johnny Depp, he’s still pretty creepy.
Bill Murray Will Reportedly Pay $100,000 To The Woman Who Complained About His Behavior On The Set Of Aziz Ansari’s “Being Mortal”
There’s a reason why they say never meet your heroes and I’m going to bet that Aziz Ansari is intimately familiar with that reason. Aziz, unfortunately, took a shit on that advice and even took things a step further by hiring Bill Murray to star in his directorial debut, Being Mortal. Back in April, Bill repaid Aziz for his mistake by getting the entire production shut down after a female employee accused Bill of “inappropriate conduct” and an internal investigation was launched. Initially, it was reported that Bill was being “very hands-on touchy,” and that he had touched and pulled the woman’s hair, all of which Bill later chalked up to a “difference of opinion,” with him being of the opinion that he was just being the same lovable goof he’s always been, and her, obviously, being of the opposite and correct opinion.

Baseball. I never miss a match or a score. Good, clean fun! But, this weekend, die-hard baseballers like myself were freaked out when they noticed several creepy smiling people in the crowd at major league games, including the Dodgers vs. Cardinals, Mets vs. A’s, and Yankees vs. Sox. These grinning weirdos, who remained eerily still, sat behind the place where the batters bat so they could not be missed by cameras. Two were wearing bright yellow T-shirts that read: SMILE. So, what does it all mean? Did these poor unfortunate souls use hygiene products laced with the Joker’s Smylex? Or were they straight-up demons? Turns out, it was a marketing stunt to promote the new horror film Smile. They were hired actors. “Hey mom! Guess what? I finally booked something! … What is it? Um, wellll, it’s kinda weird actually…”
Arcade Fire’s Win Butler Has Been Accused Of Sexual Misconduct By Four People
Today in “Trust No Man, No Matter How Much You Enjoy Their Music/Movies/TV/Art”, Win Butler of the band Arcade Fire has been accused of sexual misconduct and assault. On Saturday, Pitchfork published a lengthy exposé detailing allegations made by four people: three women and one gender-fluid person, who were all between the ages of 18 and 23 when their interactions with Win occurred (he was between 36 and 39). The now 42-year-old musician, who’s been married to bandmate Régine Chassagne since 2003, actually cooperated with Pitchfork and attempted to refute his accuser’s stories point by point. He also released a statement apologizing for any pain he caused, but insisted that everything was consensual. Win blames his bad behavior on mental health issues, abuse from his childhood, and a drinking problem he says he developed after wife Régine suffered a miscarriage (!!!!). Régine released her own statement, insisting that her husband “would never touch a woman without her consent and I am certain he never did.” So how did that convo go?: “Hey babe, you know how I cheated a bunch and now the chicks are saying it wasn’t consensual? Well, I blamed it on you having a miscarriage. Can you tell Pitchfork that I’m a good guy? Thaaanks.”
Shia LeBeouf Vehemently Denies That Olivia Wilde Fired Him From “Don’t Worry Darling” And He’s Converted To Catholicism
Don’t worry about all those repugnant things Shia LeBeouf has done or been accused of, or will do or be accused of, because all is forgiven. In an effort to rehabilitate his career, if not his personality, Shia’s been saved! USA Today reports that Shia has taken his latest role, an Italian priest in a biopic called Padre Pio, to heart and converted to Catholicism. Shia is so pious now that he’s become a crusader for truth. As such, after Olivia Wilde told Variety she fired him from Don’t Worry Darling, God led his hand straight to his saved messages folder and told his new convert to impale her with his mighty sword of truth. Shia reached out to Variety after Olivia’s interview was published and shared a number of text messages, videos, and emails that contradict Olivia’s claim. Shia says he quit. And then some. It’s a MESS. I’m afraid Olivia’s been served in public once again. Good thing those messages didn’t burn up when he was rolling with Satan. God only saves those who save themselves by saving those receipts!
