But he did file a lawsuit against a woman who claimed last year that he was the father of her 5-year-old son. Tristan denied he was the father, and even went so far as to take a paternity test, which he claimed came back negative. That woman still pushed for the paternity truth, and in doing so, she ended up getting sued by Tristan. A default judgment has recently been made, and it was made in Tristan’s favor.
