Matt Lauer’s Estranged Wife Annette Roque Wants A $20 Million Spousal Support Payout

May 17, 2018 / Posted by:

After Matt Lauer was revealed to be an alleged secret-button-under-the-desk-level of creep, his wife Annette Roque ended their marriage and kicked him out of their home in the Hamptons. Annette attempted to file for divorce once before, back in 2006, but Matt worked his sleazy charm and reportedly gave her $5 million to stick around. UsWeekly says that Annette and Matt are currently in divorce negotiations, and she’s trying to get another lump some to be done with him for good.

It was reported last month that Annette and Matt were preparing to divorce.  According to UsWeekly, those preparations are well underway. A source says that Annette wants to leave their marriage with two of the family homes, a 40-acre farm in Water Mill, NY, and their house in the Hamptons. Annette and Matt own a ranch in New Zealand which they reportedly plan on selling and splitting the profits.

Annette also wants financial support for herself. But she doesn’t want monthly spousal support. Annette reportedly wants a one-time payout of $20 million. UsWeekly’s source says that if Matt gives her the $20 million, she won’t ask for child support for their three kids, 16-year-old Jack, 14-year-old Romy, and 11-year-old Thijs.

The $20 million payout doesn’t mean Matt won’t have to pay for his kids. The source says that Matt will still be responsible for education and health costs until each kid is 21. Or any other “major” expenses. I’ve never been a rich teen. But I assume the rich teen equivalent to new soccer shoes and braces is bi-monthly Yeezy Boosts and hiring Rihanna to come sing for your after-school study group. Better get saving, Matt.

Matt Lauer’s Wife Has Finally Kicked Him Out Of The Family Home In The Hamptons

Matt Lauer’s marriage has been on the skids for some time now. His wife Annette Roque seemingly has a very high tolerance for Matt’s bad behavior because Page Six is reporting that she only just now gave him the boot from their Hampton’s estate.

Though they almost divorced back in 2006, she’s hung in there through his current ordeal and even let him tell the press he was “fighting to save his marriage”. I highly doubt Annette has been sitting across from Matt in couples’ counseling this whole time but it sounds like she might have allowed him to keep a cot and beer fridge in the garage. That’s all over now because Annette “has forced him out of the Hamptons estate they shared with their three kids”. She  must have gotten sick and tired of him texting her notes on her outfits each morning.

So, poor Matt, right? Where will he go, what will he do? Should we start a Kickstarter so he doesn’t have to sleep in the streets? Where will he keep his dildo collection?

The former “Today” anchor is staying at another house nearby out east so he can continue to spend time with his kids. He owns a $36 million compound in North Haven, a house in Sag Harbor and a 40-acre horse farm in Water Mill.

Phew! It’s good to know that if you are a man with enough money, you can always land on your feet! Even though your co-workers, everybody that helped you along the way, all the women you allegedly victimized and your wife and children will suffer because of your behavior; a rich man can still catch a break!

Matt Lauer And His Wife Have Been Living Separate Lives For Years

December 3, 2017 / Posted by:

Page Six claims that former big bag of smug Matt Lauer (or is he still smug?) and wife Annette Roque have been one of those “stay together for the kids and the press” couples for several years now. As if children are stupid and actually believe mommy and daddy have slept in separate bedrooms for years because “Daddy snores.” The 59-year-old alleged cad was living in their Park Avenue apartment during the week while the wife and kids remained back in Sag Harbor.
