 Eminem is taking his on-and-off again wife, Kim Mathers, to court to shut her ass up. Em is sick of Kim talking trash about him to the media. They will appear in court on Monday after he filed a motion for Kim to stop babbling, because he feel it's hurting their 11-year-old girl.

The motion said, "For girls in the 11 to 14 age range, personal embarrassment is one of their most powerful and painful emotions. If by some chance the child missed a particularly pungent insult about her father by her mother, it is all but certain that her friends and her friends parents are aware of it and that it will be shared with her.

"This Court must enter an order to protect the child from further harm by requiring that (Kim) desist from any further behavior likely to expose the minor child to humiliation and hostility."

This is interesting since Eminem wrote a song about how he wanted to kill his wife and choke her ass. Wouldn't that hurt his daughter for her to hear her father stating he wants his damn wife dead? Hmmm...
