Hatch The Snatch Is Going Back To Prison
The original Survivor Richard Hatch is currently making the contestants of Celebrity Apprentice blow steam out of every orifice by acting like a bag of chapped assholes, and he'll soon be surrounded by a bunch of chapped assholes once again! Richard will become the bear of the block on Monday when he turns himself in for refusing to play nice with the IRS. This hairy mound of dumb already served three years in the chokey for not paying taxes on the $1 million he got from winning Survivor. Richard was released on the condition that he file his 2000 and 2001 taxes and start to make payments on the $2 million he owes the IRS. Richard didn't do any of this, so he's going back to jail for 9 months.
UsWeekly says that the judge also gave the thumbs up for the IRS to take 25 percent of his gross income for 26 months after he gets out of prison.
NBC says that the live Celebrity Apprentice finale will air on May 22nd with or without Richard. This obviously means that Donald Trump's parched hair puff shoots a dandruff bullet into Richard's heart at the end of an upcoming boardroom.
Either Richard must miss hearing criminals shout "Hatch the Snatch" through the prison yard or he really is a bear rug wrapped in stupid. When you owe that much money to the IRS, you either try to run run run like Wesley or you set up on of those lifetime payment plans that never end. You don't stay in the country while not paying. I swear, I need Sue Hawk to use one of her "snake and rat" analogies about this.

Susan Hawk should have won in the first place!

So, as long as Lilo doesn't fuck with the government, she'll keep getting off? hmmmm....

3 years for tax evasion? And that skank Lohan can't even get anything for all the shit she's pulled?
I'm not one of those that's all "taxes are illegal" but this seems excessive. Why not just garner his wages? It seems like a waste of tax payer's money (doh) to have him sitting in a jail cell.

I think this has been going on for years if i'm remembering correctly. He's finally getting jail time for being in violation of what it took a few years for the Courts to agree to. Basically he's been trying to get away with all of it.

Anyone who fucks with Keith Partridge is an asshole.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Why?
Dude is permanently pickled. In being so, he's a whiny, needy, pathetic assmunch.
The little overcompensating attention starved prick kept interrupting with "creative ideas" while there was delegating going on.
Then the dumbass fool stands in the center of a group discussion -talking on a phucking phone.
He whines about being touched, well the second time he instigated it by touching Hatch first (and it was never mentioned).
Coward also had to keep looking to the twitching red eyed mass of stupid named Canseco for reassurance.
I was also grossed the fuck out that Cassidy was wiping his sweat with his hands while making pizza.
He also fucked up the toppings, declaring that enough were made, when in fact it was only enough for a few scant pies.
He raised jackshit for money -and only off the back of his daughter and he was pretty sleazy considering she was on set at her job arguing that they all could hold up while she ran him money so he could feel "he contributed".
-loser.
And how many skeazy cigarette (cigar) breaks did he take (while littering with the lit ones against the building)?
Fucking lazy worm.
He claimed/chanted (as he was safely whisked away in a car after losing) that he "didn't punch" Hatch because he (Cassidy) isn't "that kind a guy" ... he must of meant "brave" because all it did was prove his whimpy cowardice all the more.
It was pretty sad to see Cassidy as he is now and it's clear he's got a major battle with the bottle going on and the bottle is winning.

Agree 1000%.
I think that the whole thing is funny, he is such a bag of hot air, and did bully David Cassidy, Hatch deserves what he gets, did he think that Trump was going to hire an ex-con felon to be his apprentice?

I totally agree. You don't not pay taxes and stay in the US. Like the saying goes, you die and pay taxes. No choice. Yeah, why is he nekkid and in some pre-teen's bedroom ? He was such a jag off on Celebrity Apprentice. I felt sad when David Cassidy left. because he looked like he was ready to cry. Gary Busey looks like he had a half face plastic surgery job, and Lisa Rhinna has that Joan Rivers pinched look.
Re Wesley Snipes:
"Federal prosecutors said Snipes for nearly a decade escaped paying more than $15 million in income tax returns by sending money to overseas accounts, though they acknowledged in court that the amount was in dispute.
Before the sentencing in 2008, the actor asked the court to show mercy and offered three checks totaling $5 million as a gesture of good will. "It's essentially a down payment, but a fraction of what he owes," Assistant U.S. Attorney Scotland Morris said.
A jury convicted Snipes on the misdemeanor charges [not filing three years of returns], but acquitted him of more serious felony charges of tax fraud and conspiracy. Jurors accepted his argument that he was innocently duped by errant tax advisers." (CNN)
After the IRS began investigating him for not filing, he retained a tax-protesting service that filed amended returns, claiming all income taxes were illegal. Snipes later claimed he was a world citizen, not a US citizen. In 2005, he tried to leave South Africa on a fake passport.
How could he even THINK that would escape the IRS? The guy is an idiot.
Karmic intervention for shoving around David Cassidy!
They should tripe this psycho's sentence for being a jerk to Cassidy. And Trump was a jerk for firing David.
"A bear rug wrapped in stupid" is the best description I've heard about this arrogant asshat. I never can comprehend the complete stupidity of idiots who fuck with the IRS.

I didn't hear about him being arrested for pushing his kid into the ground, but saw him last week with David Cassidy and thought he was a bully. I'm sure he's not stupid enough to go toe-to-toe with either Jose or Gary Busey. Jose looks like he could break him in half, and Busey could tear him apart with those choppers. I'd love to see him and Nene go into the octagon. Nene looks like she could kick any of the men's asses.

Does anyone remember when he got arrested a few years ago after his 9 yr old son told his school that his dad had shoved his face into the ground while they were doing push-ups? He was charged with child abuse but a judge later dropped the charges and then Hatch sued the Dept. of Children and his son's school for reporting the incident. So it didn't surprise me when he shoved David Cassidy on Celebrity Apprentice last week, he's been accused of doing it to his own kid.
First of all, Wesley did pay his taxes. Second of all, Richard Hatch is a fucking disgusting piece of trash.

NE - I understand what you mean regarding a kid not exploring options on how to react to a trauma, especially as this happened years ago to him when help wasn't as readily available as it is today. It just seems that he's expressing insight regarding his reaction to it, now as an adult, but continues to make poor choices (ie his tax situation).
It sounded like from what Starq relayed that Hatch (whether consciously or not) went with a "if you can't beat em, join em mentality" which did great for him as an adult playing "Survivor" but may have shaped some bad decisions in other areas of his life.
I don't know anything about him outside of "Survivor" and "Celebrity Apprentice", but his story highlights how important it is to get quality support to kids who experience trauma so they can try to heal.

I remember an interview with Richard Hatch not long after he won the first Survivor where he said that he was bullied and picked on when he was in school. He told a story about being in a locker room and all of these guys had him on the ground near the shower and were kicking the crap out of him. He said being bullied a lot when he was younger made him grow up to turn the tables around and become the asshole that he is today.

It's sad that he experienced that trauma, and also sad that he chose to take an antisocial route because of it
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
As a victim of great childhood trauma, I just want to point out that the reactionary route/emotional response (to the trauma(s) is not a choice.
A kid doesn't feel or explore options as how to feel or deal (especially "back in the day" when a kid had to "stifle it", there were no options), it just becomes as a matter of instinct, defense and survival.
Ongoing trauma is an even greater risk for the child's personality as it developes. A higher IQ'd child will tend to be more "dark", withdrawn and complex. It knows the injustice and is embittered and embattled from within and the traits become more engrained.
If Richard understands himself, as he seems to be expressing, it's going to be a lifelong (and imperfect) journey to shed the deep rooted and subconscious defensive mechanisms.
This guy is a douche and looks like a sociopath sloth, so it only upsets me to hear that he's going to jail because tax money will be spent on keeping him there.
CA is my guilty pleasure and although David Cassidy is annoying is fuck, I still didn't like it that this asshat lost the task as project manager, but got to stay.
He ended up owing the IRS far more than his initial tax debt (maybe $400k on the $1m) because of penalties and interest for (now) 11 years. I'm sure the court ordered fines and court costs, too. The reason he's going back to jail is he didn't meet the conditions of his parole: file past returns and make payments.
The IRS won't prosecute you for not paying taxes; only for not declaring income (or for taking willfully false deductions). So declare everything you receive, from all sources, then get aggressive (not fantastic) with your exemptions and deductions. If you owe back taxes but get on a decent payment plan--even a bit each month--the IRS won't garnish your wages or levy on your bank accounts.

What a decor. Reminds me of Natalie Portman's bedroom in Black Swan with all the oversized stuffed animals that had every queen saying "I want that room!" As Edina would say: "A lot of people would pay a lot of money for this look."
Starqz: That's not surprising. Isn't that Hitler's excuse?
It's a lot nicer for society when people who have been victimized develop a greater sympathy for others instead of a desire for revenge on unrelated parties. I can understand it, don't get me wrong. But wouldn't it be better if he spent some time doing PSA's for "It Gets Better" or something?
Oh, PSL, you have my sympathies! I guess they like to go after the little guy because we're easily broken. Mr. Hekki had to deal with a state tax issue, and they were actually very nice to him.
I think they know when it's an honest mistake and when someone is trying to cheat.
