Open Post: Hosted By A Halloween Fight At Denny's
This is what happens when your waiter at Denny's tells you that they are fresh out of Gingerbread Pancake Puppies. At a Denny's in Oakland, CA on Halloween night, bitches pulled out some "Wild Wild West meets The Bad Girls Club" shit by throwing anything they could get their hands on. I am pleased to report that no delicious pancakes were injured in the making of this brawl.
The hilarious narrator of this mess sums it up perfectly: "GODDAMN! They tore this motherfucker up!" And then some.

I actually think the Denny's waitstaff and management are top-shelf, but imo, the food absolutely sucks.
I can't think of even one thing I think is passable, the only reason I got that burger and fries when I was in the lake cabin was because it was that or fish for trout myself (which I did the next day), or buy "fresh" venison meat at the campground canteen.
I can see why young drunk people would like to have fried food after drinking late night, but having grown up in the 24-hour REAL diner capitol of the world, imo, their food is just gross.
The people who work there are super nice, though. Props.

I HATE when I see people making fun of people who work at Denny's/other restaraunts or leave no tips and complain constantly when that has to be one of the most hellish jobs on earth. And people trashing the place is so beyond unacceptable. Way to make yourself feel better by messing with people who are actually working for a living. One unfortunate summer in college I had to work at Chevy's and we had to sing that birthday song with the sombreros while everyone pointed and laughed, My 'friends' would come in to drink and laugh at me while I had to do that shit--hated almost every second of that job except the drinking and doing coke in the bathroom between double shifts ( haven't touched the coke since then, 8 years ago). I have the utmost respect for people working in restaraunts,
and I was helping children in Morocco, it wasn't like a vacation...

Every Denny's waiter/waitress I've encountered has been super hospitable and super friendly. The atmosphere is nice, and that keeps me coming back too.

Denny's customer service is unparrelled.
I remember I was staying in this little country town in a cabin on the lake, was starving, drove 20 minutes to get a burger and fries to go from Denny's, and kept telling the cashier, please, extra ketchup and hot sauce, please, try and remember.
Well, I brought it back to the cabin and no ketchup and hot sauce and I called them and the guy who answered said he was the owner and would bring it to me.
He did. I begged him not to be too hard on the cashier, and he said it wasn't a problem, because she was his wife.
Which didn't really answer the question, but I got my ketchup and hot sauce!
Denny's rules!
My father is actually totally banned from Denny's but that's another story. I think it's only from the one in St. Louis, though, not nationally.

Umm, last time I checked, Denny's or any place of business, for that matter, is NOT a prison--no one HAS to go there or HAS to stay there!
Their behavior only reinforces the notion that people who use the system to make their living, never really understand the concept of money, respecting others and their property or about how businesses operate. This horrendous behavior left the restaurant to come up with ways to cover this huge loss to their properties. And they will do so by passing it on to the paying customers. As we could see, each of those gutter bound low-lifes slithered away after "keeping it real" and, most likely, after a free meal. That ugly bitch in the red fairy getup was even seen lauging at the destruction she and all the other motherfuckers caused. In my opinion, these people need to be found and put to death. They are obviously societal burdens and will, undoubtedly, end up as menace to society. I say get rid of them before they go out and kill innocent people next time. These unacceptable behaviors are getting rampant without any check and drastic exemplary punishments are in order.
