No Booze For Weezy For Three Years
That puddle of the sweet nectar sitting in that glass next to Lil Wayne might be the last few drops of booze that slid down his froat and send a buzz into his head. Lil Wayne Tweeted this picture hours after his release from Rikers and a day before he found out that he is banned from spending quality time with his best friends (Jack Daniels, Johnnie Walker, Cristal, Mad Dog, etc... etc...) for the next three years. If Lil Wayne is caught with even just a tiny bit of booze in his system, they will launch him back to Rikers where he'll have to serve the rest of his sentence. Yeah, I doubt those hos at Rikers are even going to bother with changing the sheets in his cell block suite. He'll be back.
TMZ says that Wayne's probation documents also state that he must stay away from active members of the hood rat stuff gang (no more play dates with Latarian), illegal drugs, toxic vapors and controlled substances. The probation department will regularly drug and booze test his ass to make sure that he's not pulling some LiLo shit. If he gets caught, off to Rikers he goes!
Weezy wasn't even in the chokey for a DUI or for beating a ho over the head with a half-empty bottle of Thunderbird. Bitch was in this for a weapons charge, so DAMN at the "no drinking for 3 years" rule. What does alcohol have to do with this shit? And Lindsay Lohan thought her life sucked. If the court really want to protect society from Weezy's foolery, they should ban his peen hole from opening its lips until further notice so he doesn't make anymore KIDS! Learn to piss through your butt!

I work in a rehab with kids and most of them want to be just like this jackass. Anything the law can do to limit his influence would be welcome. And the same goes for the Lindsays and the Charlies and the whoever else is infuencing kids these days. Our future is currently drinking cough syrup and eating oxys like they are going out of style. It has to stop.

I was reading back on TMZ, just out of boredom and curiousity and I was appalled to see that when you do a search on Charlie Sheen, the first three and a half pages are all about his missing watch and the porn star they infer took it, totally taking the focus off of his drunken, coke fuelled ragefest. One post even talked about how rare the watch he's allegedly missing was and how you can see why he'd tear up a hotel room looking for it. WTF?? I know people think pretty lowly of porn stars and sex trade workers, but she's still a person and didn't deserve to have the shit scared out of her. It makes me want to kick Levin in the head and his junk for riding on Sheen's jock and giving him a total pass like that.

Agree. I am constantly hearing about DMX going to jail for months at a time on marijuana and DUI's. Foxy Brown got a year at Rikers for slapping a nail technician (not that it's ok) and Lil'Kim also got a year I believe for perjury. Paris, Lindsay, Sheen perjure themselves all the time I'm sure in court. Linsday, what 8 days ?

I think part of the reason Lil Wayne has received harsher treatment than a Blohan or Sheen is that his arrests have involved federal officials in at least one instance, as well as multiple jurisdictions.
From reading the TMZ on the probation and the linked articles, this probation is for charges in Arizona, not for the gun charges in NY. He was arrested at a border checkpoint in AZ in 2008 when guns AND drugs were found in his tour bus http://www.tmz.com/2008/01/23/lil-wayne-arrested-again/ . This seems pretty damn serious to me, because drugs + guns + border crossing could very easily be interpreted as serious drug running. However, it doesn't sound like the quantity of drugs was significant. The article referenced also states that he was arrested on drug charges in Idaho in 2007. [edit: a different article references the gun (just one) http://www.tmz.com/2010/06/21/lil-wayne-plea-deal-guilty-arizona-drugs-j... on the tour bus. Another article (I've lost track now) stated that the gun charge and something else were dropped and the AZ conviction was for drugs only.]
I still think if you compare Sheen and Lil Wayne, there's got to be some racism involved. There has to be SOMETHING involved. Sheen has actually shot someone, tried to stab or choke a bitch, he's a known john, obviously uses copious amounts of drugs and alcohol, and I'm sure he's wrecked a few cars. Fucker should be doing some Lil Wayne time.
I'd kinda like to call a race card on this, myself, but I think it could have more to do with the difference in politics between LA and NY....

I hate the fact that if he violates his probation, even once, he'll probably go straight back to prison, do not pass go, do not collect $200 while Lindsay has violated her probation multiple times and she keeps getting pretty much a slap on the wrist.
