Shape Magazine Is Sorry For This

When some readers of Shape Magazine saw this cover of ~~Falcor~~ LeAnn Rimes, they raised their fists into the air, fell out of their lawn chairs and kicked a baby squirrel nibbling on a nut nearby. They couldn't believe that such a pristine, decent and morally upstanding publication like Shape would interview a no good, dick snatching slut whore like LeAnn. How dare Shape dirty their freshly starched nun habit with LeAnn's stank! They should only feature virgin bunnies on their cover (I'd totally get a subscription to Shape if they only featured virgin bunnies on their cover).

So a bunch of readers (aka Brandi Glanville using a hundred Gmail accounts) wrote angry e-mails to the editor demanding to know the meaning of this! The editor-in-chief Valerie Latona wrote many of them back and she didn't tell them to chew on Brandi Glanville's taint. Instead she apologized and said the magazine made a mistake by putting a noted "husband stealer" on their cover. AHAHAHAHA. You know LeAnn's ex has got a kumqat-tini in his paw and is laughing all theatrical-like at this unnecessary drama.

Here's a copy of the e-mail from TooFab that Valerie sent out:

Subject: To my dear Shape readers

You are all in good company (why I'm e-mailing you all together) as you all agree Shape has made a terrible mistake in putting LeAnn Rimes on the cover.

Please know that our putting her on the cover was not meant to put a husband-stealer on a pedestal-but to show (through her story) how we all are human. And this woman in particular found strength in exercise in what she said was her most difficult personal moment.

But it did not come across that way ... And for that I'm terribly sorry.

I hope that we can do better the next time for those of you that will give us another chance.

Well Leann gets a majority of the backlash because LR

a) keeps tweeting about BG kids AFTER she was asked to stop not only by BG, but by her fans(see LR twitter account where she gets into it with one of her fans because the fan called her out for disrespecting the mother of those kids) and the media/press.

b) keeps trying to shove her "romance" down EVERYONE's throat. Have you seen her tweets? It's like a diary of a 14 yo, she desperately wants people to believe that EC is in love with her so she will tweet about their sex life. And have you seen the photo-op where she making out with EC at his son's soccer game in very skimpy shorts?

c) she angered a lot of people when she kept refering to EC and BG kids as her kids or her boys.

d) keeps crossing the line. She tweets BG friends (the parents of BG kids), where she literally invites herself to their parties.

e) she keeps tipping off the paps, tweeting and posting twitpics detailing where and when they can find her/EC/and his kids and then she boo hoos about how they are stalking her when she gave them the exact location.

f) her "fans" stalk and harass EC ex-wife and when they tweet mean and nasty things about EC ex-wife to LR, LR will tweet them back with a "lol".

g) she has not shown any remorse and keeps trying to justify what she did, like when she said that "she could afford to do something selfish because she took care of people all her life"(Shape interview), "she doesn't regret the outcome of her affair"(People mag), and now she is even using God (apparantly God ordained her affair with EC, which is what she is saying on her twitter page). And don't forget LR is going to give yet another interview (with ABC in November) where she does the same thing she did in Shape and People mag. Seeing how people responded to her Shape interview( see Showbiz Tonight and Wendy Williams), why does LR think that things are going to be different everytime she opens her mouth?

h) she is a hypocrite. She did that video about bullying for those teens, but then she patted her manager/producer on the back when he bullied and said some mean things about BG(the sad thing is that he admits that he dosesn't even know BG even though he was making those comments about her and all those things he said about BG came from LR).

i) she tries to use Brandi as the scapegoat. So now anyone who doesn't condone LR actions or her affair is BG or a friend of BG. Blaming the victim, turns a lot of people off, especailly when it comes out that LR fanbase is so low that she has to cancel concerts. People don't like LR and she is 50% responsible for that. People do feel sorry for BG, all anyone has to do is read LR tweets where she tweets about those kids every sec.

j) the "you can't steal another person if they are happy in their marriage" or " women should not be held accountable for their actions when they participate in affairs with married men argument.

k) her inappropriate behavior with the kids, like writing tweets saying she is sleeping in the same bed with the kids or tweeting her fans about the kids' ER visit BEFORE she contacted the mother. OR literally making over 20 tweets about how she had sympathy pains in her shoulder when one of BG and EC kids were injured at the soccer game, despite the fact that she prevented EC from leaving her tour so that he can home to his hurt kid.

l) pays sites like JJ, DailyMail, and x17 to write fluff.

m) opened up an twitter account under the name of WEWENLOVE where she went on to harass and stalk EC wife.

n) she just won't shut up about her personal life, do we need to know everytime she claims that she is having sex with EC? Her fans have even asked her to stop talking about her personal life and she gets mad and bans them.

So as you can see, no one is picking on LR for no reason. LR is her own worst enemy. It's not like LR didn't see this coming. She had ample warning about how the public was going to perceive that interview from Shape from the backlash from when she wore that skimpy bikini and laid on top of EC while his kids were sitting right next to them and when she kept calling those kids her kids.

I HAVE the issue! But I HAVEN'T read it. I haven't really looked through it, to be honest. I went straight to the recipes cuz they had healthy pasta recipes. Tho' the LeAnn workout interested me.
Again, I have read some of her quotes. Like the one about her not having any regrets. It sounds terrible and she has no tact when she talks about her relationship, but it's been almost 2 years and people actually complained about her in an EXERCISE magazine. And the editor's comment was unprofessional IMO.

The major problem is that this interview with Shape was done by LEANN, not EC. If EC had done this interview, he too would be in the same seat as Leann.

Have you read the interview? Leann bascially plays the victim and acts like she should have been rewared for what she did. That didn't sit well with a lot of people (see the Huffington Post, now how can anyone argue that all those people are Brandi? The Huffington Post even wrote an article about that Shape interview because even they thought LR was out of line with some of the things that she said).
