No, Brolin is correct. Disagree with his comments about Megan Fox, but he's correct about Hepburn and her career. Like Crawford and Davis and Taylor, she's been around long enough to have been loved, hated, misunderstood, and adored all over again. She caught crap for being single, a feminist, lover/"dear friend" to the Catholic and very married Spencer Tracy. She was indeed labeled "box office poison."

Josh Brolin needs a history lesson. Hepburn was not only appreciated during her whole career, she was genius. Check it out,kid, or ask your step-mommy, she knows just a leetle bit more about Hollywood stars than you do.

i haven't seen any of her movies except some movie w/ her and lindsay lohan and i only watched like 5 minutes(mainly cuz i was amazed at how normal lindsay use to be) so i can't really judge her acting skills. she's pretty but so was shannon elizabeth(remember her), tara reid and a slew of other has-beens. i guess time will tell.

Please. If there is ANYTHING I'm totally honest about, it's whose looks I envy.

To be honest, coming from someone who is admittedly generally very jealous and insecure, I think Megan Fox is pretty, sometimes. Other times (see above photo), I think she looks kind of like a guy. The only thing about Megan Fox I'm remotely "jealous" of is the attention she gets, but it doesn't really take that much.

And what sense of humor? Oh, I get it, every stupid thing she says is totally a joke and she's just being ironic!!1!1111!!!!

Katharine Hepburn is one of my specialist subjects. When I was a teenager I got really into her movies and read a lot of books about her. I wrote her fan letters and she wrote back. I just loved her personality and fierce individuality. She was sort of an idol of mine.

So people claiming she was anti-gay...um, are you kidding? Hollywood has always been run by the gays! Hepburn was BFFs with George Cukor back in the day and she was one of the few people who was always allowed onto his property - even when he was having his all male pool parties.

Also...During her later life (in her 70's & 80's) she constantly hung out with this gay writer who became her closest confidant. He wrote a really good biography of her called "Kate." He was such a huge fan, so supportive and adoring. (Good book. Also quite a bit of Hollywood dirt in it. Including the indisputable fact that Warren Beatty is a douche bag.)

Perhaps you are right about her acting style but she is just not my cup of tea. As for her anti-gay stance, do you remember how she famously declared that gays are nature's way of population control? What a twat! As for Montgommery Clift, I think I read somewhere that he had a small dick and was extremely self-conscious about it. He would lash out at the staff and waiters like a vicious bitchy queen. Except for his few friends in Hollywood, like Elizabeth Taylor, he was a mean old queen to everyone. So I really can't picture him providing a positive education about gays to anyone, LOL!
